“Needed a glass back and charging port replaced and I supplied the parts. Took no more than 30 minutes, price for labor was reasonable and everything looks good and working well, my only suggestion is to be a bit more friendly; not very personable which can come off as rude to some. That is how you get 5 stars. Other than that I will return if I need work done on my phone, I just won't expect any small talk or witty banter.”

Went above and beyond with a situation I was having with my phone and the girl made an extra effort to get problem resolved (which she did). Their customer service and representation of Boost were above the usual service. This is my new go to store in the future.”

Their customer service is top tier, going out of their way to help those with issues that most official Verizon stores would've charged for. They even installed a complimentary phone case and screen protector, which saved my phone from a major accident I had on a roller coaster at Knott's Berry Farm. If it wasn't for them, I would've had to shell out $$$ to replace a brand new screen. I highly recommend them for their outstanding service!”
