“My experience at your Fullerton store was very positive. Daniel who helped me initially was very positive. I needed a new battery for my flip phone and he was very helpful about the process. Upon my return to get my battery installed i was able to get that done within 24 hrs. When I picked up my phone they were very busy but work was still getting done. As I was waiting, there were several other customers waiting. A very irate woman came in and Ms. Ponce came out to help her and although the woman went on and on but during everything, Ms. Ponce remained calm and let the woman go on until she was done and left satisfied. The store obviously needs more staff. However, my experience was positive.”
“Ricardo spet allot of time with me on picking out my phone and case. He transferred all my data and being in my 60's set up my screen saver which is a picture of my deceased son, set the date and time with the current temperature. I'm sure my grandson could have done this for me but I asked Ricardo and without hesitation he took his time and did it for me. I am very grateful, super great guy! Thank you Ricardo.”
“How It Started: The worst customer service. The representatives are clueless and I am seriously considering terminating all business with AT&T because subpar appears to be their motto when it comes to customer service.
How It Resolved:
I am editing my review. I didn't expect to receive a direct response to my review. I shared my experience because I was generally frustrated with AT&T overall and I had enough. However, AB contacted me and asked questions. He started the process to resolve my issue and assured me that if I did want to go back to the store, Edward would assist me. I can say that Edward is the standard bearer for customer service! He listened, apologized, didn't make excuses and resolved my issue. He even offered assistance beyond the call. So I will remain an AT&T Customer for now, solely based on the PEOPLE I worked with. Thank you to both AB and Edward, you delivered Customer Service as it should be!”
“Yes Verizon isn't perfect, but when you have support from their team player, Moises Lopez you can't go wrong! He's the best!!! He's turned the worst situations into positive ones. “It's been a while since we have been to this location due to previous issues with a worker when it was a Sprint Store. We went in to see about watches and phones and were greeted and helped by Vianney! She was super friendly and helpful and that made our experience even better. She explained offers and plans and what would work best for us without hesitation. We purchased our watches and will definitely be going back for our phones. Glad we decided to give the store another try and found a badass worker Vianney you definitely made our night with your customer service and care”
