“The people on the phone if you call them, really try hard on locating exactly what you are looking for and set the appointment up for you. It really is a time saver. I made the appointment for 7pm but unfortunately, nobody was at the desk to greet me. Having never been there before I want sure how that part was handled, because I saw my name on the board. A person did eventually arrive and informed me that i should wait in the lounge. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time. I'm the end though, that worked out to be in my benefit because, while waiting and scrolling for other cars, I found the exact one at Mazda dealership with a lot less miles and cheaper. However, I still decided to do the test drive in case the car I found want available upon calling. Dan who took my insurance and details from me ( I didn't know you could drive the car yourself) was extremely nice and friendly.”
