“I had a great experience with Zee Motors Inc. in the end! After some initial communication issues, Justin apologized, and the owner went out of his way to make things right by sending me money for my ride. Justin was also very nice and even drove me to the inspection location so I could have the car checked out. I really appreciated the effort they made to turn my experience around and help me feel more comfortable with my purchase. Buying a car can be stressful, especially when you’re looking for something reliable, so it meant a lot that they took the time to help me. Thank you to Justin and the owner for making things right and helping me get my car! I appreciate the customer service and willingness to address the situation.”

“Customer service was good, but they could work a little more on their professionalism. I'll tell you this, make sure you do your own research before coming here. You have to know your stuff in order to not get worked. Thank God for my husband that I know more about loans and credit than I let on.”

“The people on the phone if you call them, really try hard on locating exactly what you are looking for and set the appointment up for you. It really is a time saver. I made the appointment for 7pm but unfortunately, nobody was at the desk to greet me. Having never been there before I want sure how that part was handled, because I saw my name on the board. A person did eventually arrive and informed me that i should wait in the lounge. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time. I'm the end though, that worked out to be in my benefit because, while waiting and scrolling for other cars, I found the exact one at Mazda dealership with a lot less miles and cheaper. However, I still decided to do the test drive in case the car I found want available upon calling. Dan who took my insurance and details from me ( I didn't know you could drive the car yourself) was extremely nice and friendly.”
