“First time here after reading nothing but great reviews about Mike's stellar customer service and wealth of experience. Man introduces himself with a fist bump before giving his name and chats me up as if I'd been a long time regular. Before even hooking up the machine he took one look at me and then at my car and guesses it's prob a gas cap EVAP issue down to the specific error code P0455 followed by a "idk we'll see" disclaimer to cover all his bases. Results came back 100% accurate and I said I'm writing this man and his business a 5 star review. I'd been here no more than 5 min at this point. Highly recommend”

“I had a rear passenger window break suddenly so I got a few estimates and went with Good Auto Glass. Among all of the quotes I collected, I was surprised that not only was there a huge variation in prices, but especially in time. While other shops (many recommended by insurance) said it would take days, even weeks, to repair and replace it, and quoted more expensive, Sam from Good Auto gave me a very reasonable price and told me it could be fixed in just one day so I gave it a try. Good Auto did a good job, the window matched, was repaired within one day as promised, and looked good as new. So far, it's been over a month and the window is still fine. The glass had originally shattered everywhere on the seats and floor and it was nearly all cleaned up. It's nice to find these local family-owned businesses can still outcompete any of the major auto glass companies.”

“Peter (Service Associate) is in need of retraining and coaching. He did not look at the maintenance history for my car as other service associates had in the past and as a result unnecessary work was done. Because of this, I was charged for this unnecessary work when it should have been covered by the extended service. Had Peter looked at the maintenance history, it all could have been avoided. When I inquired about my extended service, he informed me that I needed to go and talk to someone in Finance and did not provide a name of anyone to speak too. I walked over to Finance to find no one, but the GM. I explained the situation, and he immediately looked up the information on my car (something Peter failed to do). He was able to view the history and explain in detail what was covered and what service should have been done. He called over the service manager and they both were able to resolve the issue with no problems. Their customer service, professionalism and simple attention to detail eased my mind and made the service process easier. I commend the management team on their fast and efficient resolution to the unnecessary problem Peter created.”

Brought a 2010 outback here for a head gasket replacement since I didn't have time to deal with it. Owner was extremely transparent, gave great detail when explaining condition of parts and whats recommended, and plan for path forward. I've built my own ej257 and the owner made sure nothing was overlooked, and did a great balance of budget vs expectations of the engine. Install was very clean. Cost was competitive and well worth the expertise. I've gone with IAG in the past, but I'm a true local Outfront Motorsports customer now.
