We were planning to have a pre-purchase inspection done and working with BBM was great. I really appreciate that they called up when they had a cancellation to get the car in.

Manny listens, explains, fixes and reassures. He also recommended I take one issue to the dealership because it was still under warranty saving me money. Manny stands by his work and his friendly and professional demeanor make it a pleasure to do business with him. I appreciate his knowledge and honesty.
