“Cannot recommend this collision center enough. They gave me an excellent price and never tried to tack on random charges or upsell me on things I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. They were super transparent the whole process — they explained exactly what they were doing, why it needed to be done, and even showed me everything so I understood what was going on with my car.
As a younger driver out in LA, it can honestly feel intimidating dealing with car stuff sometimes, but they treated me with a lot of respect and patience. I never felt taken advantage of or brushed off. Great customer service, honest work, and overall just really good people. Definitely would recommend.”

“I haven’t dropped off my truck yet. I got side swiped on the way to work on a hit and run and almost lost control of my truck. I have never been in an accident. I filled out one thing online to see if I could have my deductible comped and George called right when he got into work and told me it will be covered. They also do rental cars if my wife can’t pick me up. So far, they have taken so much of the stress off my plate and I can continue to finish work for the day. They already have a rental waiting for me! Couldn’t be happier so far. I never expect a body shop to make me feel so relaxed after an accident. Not only did they match my metallic paint perfectly, and fix every point of impact, but they responded quickly gave me reasonable expectations about repair time and cost, worked with my insurance, and they were professional and kind. And they somehow got some pretty stubborn sap off the roof of my car and gave it back to me looking like I had just gotten it detailed.”

“This is the place to go to get your car fixed. I was involved in a hit and run crash and my insurance was still trying to charge me the deductible. This place covered my deductible for me and I had to pay $0 out of pocket. When I got my car back it was better then before. And to top it off they gave me a full tank of gas. Kudos to these guys.”

“My body shop of many , many years finally closed their doors for good. So I started asking around. Recommended highly by one of the best auto repair mechanics I know, Avos Auto Center came through at 5-star level. I showed up unannounced and within 20 -25 minutes I had a full assessment of the damage, including pulling out the entire headlight assembly, to make positively sure I didn’t need that very expensive part. I walked a few businesses away and got a special Avos rate on a rental car with 5000 miles on it. Throughout the body repair process, Gary sent me photo updates of my car as it went through the various repair stages. The car came out looking magnificent, the price was very reasonable for the amount and quality of work done and I have a great body shop to go to and to recommend. This shop is top notch.”

“When my daughter backed into a tree... YES, INTO A PERFECTLY VISIBLE TREE. I was really upset. The back of our NEW FORD BRONCO was dented and the window shattered. I had a long talk with both my daughters about respecting money/property etc. I was still upset. My daughters kept saying: ' Your cortisol is rising.' I have no clue what that means but it made me angrier. My good friend Jared said, 'Go to Eric. He does Fords.' I drove over (little bits of glass all over the inside of the Bronco) and Eric immediately gave me a VERY FAIR estimate and made me feel at ease. My 'cortisol' is WAY down. Thanks Eric!”
