About Burbank Inn & Suites
The Burbank Inn & Suites is a mom and pop-owned hotel that provides a steady performance. Despite facing challenges with a previous reservation, the hotel accommodated the guests without price gouging. The rooms were clean, and the guests felt comfortable during their stay. However, some guests found the hotel to be overpriced for the quality of the rooms and amenities.
Customer service is terrible, they refuse to help or answer any questions regarding my reservation. Hung up on me 3 times and incredibly rude telling me I’m wrong the whole time and talking over me.

Nice place, clean rooms, close to airport. Good hotel at an affordable price.

Everything was fine but for the price. So expensive for the quality. Yes it's safe and close to a lot of bars and restaurants. But was worth nothing more than 100 dollars and we were charged 250!
