“Great location especially for flying into Burbank and going to Universal/Warner Bros. Shuttle service was great just remember to schedule ahead, even the night before was fine for us, but saved a lot on Ubers that way. Our room was nice and comfortable, there was construction going on in the lobby a little bit and a whole new restaurant being put in but there were places to walk to for food. Would definitely stay again!”

“There is no self-parking, but the price of valet parking ($32 per day) is reasonable. The service is quick and friendly. The charging will be on your hotel bill. It was not crowded in the summer, so the gym and pool were enjoyable. The bathroom had a minor issue: the toilet bowl water leaking made noise but could be stopped by pushing the lever more times. So 4 stars.”

“I love the portofino Inn in burbank california. It was historical, they had great customer service and it was peaceful. I love the fact that this hotel was used for many movies like gone girl with ben affleck and lethal weapon and many, many more.”
“Issue with my room so management transferred me without hesitation and dealt with the issue immediately. Food is good although a little pricy but tasty and large portions.”

“Stayed here 10 days in a row. Food and drinks were excellent at the restaurant. Had three different meals, each were great. $25 for breakfast bar is a bit steep, but is quality. Comfy beds and quiet rooms.
Saylor and Catalina were absolute standouts in providing excellent customer service. Both were genuinely happy each time I saw them and took care of what I needed above my expectations.”

Andrew, Manager and Jason were extremely gracious and friendly. As a solo traveler I felt safe in the area and especially in the hotel.
Room was clean and spacious. Basic TV, mini fridge, and K-cup coffee machine. Comfy bed and A/C was efficient.
Bath had nice towels and sample size toiletries. Shower worked as expected, nice showerhead with adjustable options.
Breakfast was standard sugar & carb options. Only other option was powdered eggs & processed sausage links.
Parking garage underground with well-lit spaces and easy elevator access to lobby.
Lots of options across the street for food and coffee.”

“I really enjoyed this experience. Staff was responsive, housekeeping was on point, rooms were large and clean, and there are solid amenities (pool, guest-driven washer and dryer if you need them, small onsite breakfast restaurant, complimentary transit to and from nearby Burbank airport or train station). The primary purpose of my trip was to visit Universal and this was a four mile away option that fit my budget better than staying on Universal property, even with Lyfts included. I was also able to walk (about half a mile) during the day from the Ramada to a variety of restaurants and (two flat miles) to the downtown Burbank mall, restaurants, and movie theaters. This is a solid location if you want to Lyft to some LA/Universal basics, but would not recommend for Disney or Knott's unless you have a rental or personal vehicle.”

“Stayed for a week here and on the whole really enjoyed.
Was quiet, didn't hear much halfway noise.
Was clean and great options for food in restaurants and coffee bar.
The rooms could do with an update, especially the shower which for me there was almost no water pressure and took a while to heat up.
Did not go to either of the 2 pools.
Large car park by the hotel.”

“👀 Look if your looking for a place to stay for the night a couple days whatever your needs you Do NOT NEED to look any further!! Now you already know my motto RUN NOT WALK to this upgraded hotel. It may be small in size but packs a HUGE punch from its amazing customer Service (shout out to Navila you are amazing continue to shine bright , your kindness and patience is top tier❣🤩) . Secondly the rooms are amazing , we got the king suite and it was CLEAN, SPACIOUS, and very well curated! I will definitely stay again whenever I come to Burbank or Universal Studios❣😊”
“The Burbank Inn & Suites is mom and pop owned and what I consider a steady performer.After being delayed by traffic and arriving 1:30am at Extended Stay America, I was shocked to find out they had cancelled my reservation and they were unable to rebook my reservation due to their “system” not allowing them to. I called all the neighboring big branch hotels and all were either sold out or 300+ dollars.The Burbank Inn & Suites was my savior last night as they were able to take us in without price gouge. The room and the sheets were clean and I felt comfortable staying in the room. Thank you again!!Rooms: Rooms were clean.”

“This is the perfect hotel if you are wanting to get out and about in Burbank, it's so close to everything. We had the assistance of Danni for all of our needs. She was so helpful. We are a family of 4 with two tweens and they love it. We went to the warner bros studios tour, which was walking distance. Universal Studios which I highly recommend getting an Uber or Lyft. There are many restaurants on the same street as the hotel. The service at the hotel is why I gave it 5 stars. Really nice and helpful staff. We will most likely be back.”
