“Stayed for one night so maybe didn't get to experience as much as others. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind - we arrived when it was raining and the valet came out to our car with an umbrella. The room itself was nice but oddly arranged, bed squished up against the window, so hard for second person to get in and out. We walked across the street for breakfast at Bea Bea's, but LA is not known for being walkable and requires a car to drive to most destinations/attractions”

“We stayed here for 3 nights as the last leg of our LA trip last summer (July 2023) after staying at Disney Grand California Hotel for few nights for our Disneyland trip.We booked thru Expedia and it came out to be approximately $293 USD/night which is not bad at all for a hotel that is centrally located for visiting Universal Hollywood (10 minutes Uber ride) , Getty Centre (20 mins Uber Ride), Hall of fame (10 mins) etc. walking distance to nearby eatery.Hotel is well maintained, 2 queen beds, ample of counter space, an outdoor swimming pool. Also, free breakfast daily with delicious pastry made by HomeBoy Industries. Checked in was quick and easy. 1 hour from LAX airport. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend others and likely return for our future LA trip.”

“The hotel staff was friendly, especially Mary. The fresh cookies, coffee, and ice water were a nice touch. The breakfast was well arranged and the layout of the lobby was inviting upon arrival. Many of the guests I encountered were staying there to visit Universal Studios, but my visit was primarily for the proximity to the Burbank Airport, and even though the hotel did not have their regular shuttle service Sunday morning, they provided complimentary lyft service for their guests?. The workout area and pool area were clean and neatly thought out.Nearby activities: Universal StudiosSafety: The area feels safe.Walkability: I walked to a nearby cafe and gas staion.”

“We stayed here after a really fun filled day at Universal Studios! The hotel is about 5-10 min drive to the park. This hotel has the best shower ever! The rooms were spacious with a mini fridge and comfortable beds. Free parking was a plus too. There's a restaurant and bar but we didn't make it in to see those. I'm only giving 4 stars because they gave us a room right behind the lobby desk and we could hear them talking and laughing all night. If you're at this hotel and you're looking for a ma' n pop pizza place, 10/10 recommendation for Pinball Pizza.”

“Great stay, kitchen is nice. The toaster didn’t work but hey, things break and if you don’t say something, it won’t get fixed. The breakfasts hit the spot and offer variety day to day. Staff is incredibly respectful and ”

“Hotel Burbank was surprisingly beautiful. Upon entering I was happy to see they have their own café, their own bar, and all kinds of trendy seating areas throughout the hotel. The hotel is updated and when walking the halls of the bottom floor, you feel as if you’re in a trendy city building. The location is also very prime with many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. My only complaint was the staff was not the friendliest. They also had no earplugs available. The medicine vending machine was broken and the trash in the hallway sat out there for two days.Good thing we didn’t really need the staff for much. I would stay here again anytime I’m visiting Burbank.Rooms: Rooms were basic, but big, clean and comfyNearby activities: You’re pretty much centrally located about 5 miles from Universal Studios about 20 minutes from downtown LA and many restaurants and shopping within feet of the hotelSafety: There are so many shopping centers, and almost like a CityWalk feel that I never felt unsafe and we were walking around as late as 9 o’clock at night.Walkability: You are within walking distance to a shopping center and the streets right outside the doors of the hotel are lined with shopping centers.Food & drinks: Mini restaurants within walking distance inside the hotel there is a bar and a café. Also room service is a full menu.”

“My husband and I stayed here for two nights while taking a trip to universal studios. This was definitely one of the more affordable options in the area that was too far of a distance to the theme park. The rooms were clean, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. All of the staff was amazing. I only have a few small complaints but over all our stay was great. I do think it is odd you have to schedule the shuttle and the last shuttle that picks you up to come back to the hotel is hours before the park or city walk even closes so we ended up having to use Lyft a bit. There was also no microwave which was a bit inconvenient if you wanted to reheat the room service that is offered. I understand sometimes it is a safety issue though. The last issue was online it says there is a gift shop and there is also signs in the hotel directing you to a shop, but there isn’t one. It’s a CVS vending machine with very little useful supplies in it. I couldn’t even get something as simple as dental floss so make sure you plan ahead and don’t forget anything. Over all the while stay itself far outshined any small inconveniences. I think we’d stay here again if we’re ever back in the area.”

“Just stayed three nights. Overall it was decent. The morning breakfast was pretty straightforward. A decent variety of food. Wish they would have switched the items more often so every day was something a little different. The only do Waffles on the weekend, which is also a bit disappointing. The staff was very nice. The parking and the garage was OK but at one point was completely filled up. The elevators acted weird and would sometimes not take you to your floor. Several people made comments about the elevators doing that to them as well and when I notified the staff, they were already aware of it yet it appears nobody took any action to get it fixed. So, for example, if you were going to the fourth floor, it might take you there but not open the door and then come back down to the third floor due to somebody on that floor calling it. Kind of scary as we always hoped we would not get stuck in it. Hopefully they’ll get that fixed. The pool area was decent. The only part that was not cool was the fact that the pool is supposed to be open from 8 AM to 10 PM however at 8 AM they start cleaning it so it technically doesn’t open till 9 AM. I saw many frustrated people walk away with their bathing suits on in the 8 o’clock hour. Either open the pool at 9 AM or schedule the cleaning at 7 AM so the pool can open timely. I thought that was pretty poor CustomerService as there’s not too many amenities that they offer so when they do have one they should stick to the time frames given. Bring your own water as they charge six dollars if you open the bottle of water in the room.”

“I think it's only right to upgrade to a 5-star as Hilton resolved the issue for me. As a long time member of Hilton hotels I appreciate that. So my review has been updated to reflect the excellent customer service I've received.”

“Good experience! Great location for universal studios. My room was comfy, and the employees were good to me.Me and the family went very late for breakfast (5 minutes before breakfast over) and no more eggs, sausages, and orange juice. The employees make more of everything for me, my wife and kids. Thanks Guys!!”

“Room was ok, there was mold in bathroom and the floor was really dirty. Location felt bit unsafe for my family during night and breakfast is joke at this place - only few frozen sandwich, we only got 2 for a family of four - when asked if they had more, they were like nop.”

“The Burbank Inn & Suites is mom and pop owned and what I consider a steady performer. After being delayed by traffic and arriving 1:30am at Extended Stay America, I was shocked to find out they had cancelled my reservation and they were unable to rebook my reservation due to their “system” not allowing them to. I called all the neighboring big branch hotels and all were either sold out or 300+ dollars. The Burbank Inn & Suites was my savior last night as they were able to take us in without price gouge. The room and the sheets were clean and I felt comfortable staying in the room. Thank you again!!Rooms: Rooms were clean.”
