“Great location especially for flying into Burbank and going to Universal/Warner Bros. Shuttle service was great just remember to schedule ahead, even the night before was fine for us, but saved a lot on Ubers that way. Our room was nice and comfortable, there was construction going on in the lobby a little bit and a whole new restaurant being put in but there were places to walk to for food. Would definitely stay again!”

Rooms we nice and well organised.
The included Continental breakfast was underwhelming, but when we ordered scrambled eggs they were very nice.
Unfortunately they forgot to make our room on the last night and we were out all day. When we informed them they sent a set of fresh towels up immediately, which was good.
Bar is great but a little pricey.
Pool area is nice, clean and easy to hang out in.
Overall I would stay there again.”

“I love the portofino Inn in burbank california. It was historical, they had great customer service and it was peaceful. I love the fact that this hotel was used for many movies like gone girl with ben affleck and lethal weapon and many, many more.”
“Rooms are a bit smaller.Then you would expect you would expect two room suite. Did not get a chance to try out the pool. It was under maintenance. Staff is very friendly.This very helpfulwith us. Great location tons of restaurants, grocery stores around the location and it's right next to the large Ikea.
Rooms: While the suits are a little bit smaller than what we are used to getting, it is a good decent size. Suit has a full kitchen with a full oven, unlike other chains that have gone to just a induction stove top. The induction stove requires special pans, I was able to use my nonstick pan at this location. The guest room, which would normally have a queen or 2 queens at other locations, only had one bed that was slightly smaller than a queen. The master was a king.”
“Great property, greater customer service! Thanks to Odeth for taking great care of us upon arrival! We were early, but she managed to get us checked in! She was patient with our questions, even deciding to comp parking after we explained our situation. My experience at check in set my entire stay up for success. Room was very clean and spacious. Great view of pool and jacuzzi! I will be back soon to stay.”

“If you're at any room that is overlooking the pool if it's very noisy till 10:00 p.m. other than that it's a pretty good place. The breakfast is okay but it's very crowded hard to find a place to sit at times. Not sure if it's like this all the time I didn't eat there that often. There was good value in the restaurant for pizza and appetizers.”

“The Burbank Inn & Suites is mom and pop owned and what I consider a steady performer.After being delayed by traffic and arriving 1:30am at Extended Stay America, I was shocked to find out they had cancelled my reservation and they were unable to rebook my reservation due to their “system” not allowing them to. I called all the neighboring big branch hotels and all were either sold out or 300+ dollars.The Burbank Inn & Suites was my savior last night as they were able to take us in without price gouge. The room and the sheets were clean and I felt comfortable staying in the room. Thank you again!!Rooms: Rooms were clean.”
“👀 Look if your looking for a place to stay for the night a couple days whatever your needs you Do NOT NEED to look any further!! Now you already know my motto RUN NOT WALK to this upgraded hotel. It may be small in size but packs a HUGE punch from its amazing customer Service (shout out to Navila you are amazing continue to shine bright , your kindness and patience is top tier❣🤩) . Secondly the rooms are amazing , we got the king suite and it was CLEAN, SPACIOUS, and very well curated! I will definitely stay again whenever I come to Burbank or Universal Studios❣😊”
“Hotel could use an update, but beds were comfortable, AC was cool, & shower was warm. Didn't spend a lot of time in my room but had a good selection of free ondemand movies for the time I was there.

“This is the perfect hotel if you are wanting to get out and about in Burbank, it's so close to everything. We had the assistance of Danni for all of our needs. She was so helpful. We are a family of 4 with two tweens and they love it. We went to the warner bros studios tour, which was walking distance. Universal Studios which I highly recommend getting an Uber or Lyft. There are many restaurants on the same street as the hotel. The service at the hotel is why I gave it 5 stars. Really nice and helpful staff. We will most likely be back.”
