I love this place. Sam is awesome. Hotel room was clean, all the staff is amazing. This is my favorite place to stay in Burbank.

Look it's a motel but they post it with some resorts on the big discount sites as long as you understand it's a motel, it's OK. It is close to enough to the universal studios that you're not paying an arm and a leg.
