“They had a storage truck ready for me to use last minute. The staff was nice and quick when checking in and out. He taught us how to use the truck as we did w/ ease. They let us bring it back in the morning w/ no extra charge since they closed early that day. They also were fair enough to give our money back since we brought the truck filled w/ gas still. Our move went easy, thanks to our rental here.”

“If your looking for a rental Eddie is the go to person he was so attentive, made sure I took what I needed and was respectful. Eddie made sure the car was clean which was a plus for me. I also had no idea what kind of insurance to get he was so good in giving me details on what I needed and what I don’t . The returning process was even more easier , He was definitely helpful! make sure to call in and place your orders this is the rental company I love and enjoy .”

“The only issue I had was this location was insanely under-staffed which gave a great employee, Tiffany, a bad situation. I booked a car for a 3p pickup at around 215p. I then called to see if anyone would be able to pick me up, not expecting but just checking as some rental places do that. It took her a total of 40 minutes and three phone calls to get through and get my request across. I was more worried about a late pickup charge than anything. I ended up ordering the pickup myself and once I arrived, I saw she was completely alone and with a full lot. I felt immensely sorry for her and just waited. She was extremely patient and thorough with all of her guests but you could tell she was worn-down. Not in spirit or service/effort, but just worn and that's not fair to her. She got me in my car quickly, was empathetic and efficient and even helped me with a ride back when I forgot my card at home, smh lol so I couldn't be more grateful. But for this location to leave her hanging like that isn't cool.

“Cannot recommend this collision center enough. They gave me an excellent price and never tried to tack on random charges or upsell me on things I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. They were super transparent the whole process — they explained exactly what they were doing, why it needed to be done, and even showed me everything so I understood what was going on with my car.
As a younger driver out in LA, it can honestly feel intimidating dealing with car stuff sometimes, but they treated me with a lot of respect and patience. I never felt taken advantage of or brushed off. Great customer service, honest work, and overall just really good people. Definitely would recommend.”
