“I was victim of catalytic converter theft. All of my contacts with Enterprise were excellent in helping me get a rental car during repairs. I receive the car at a location near my home and was able to drop it off at another location near the repair shop. They gave me a ride to my car after returning the rental car. Everyone I spoke with or helped me at the counter was knowledgeable and made the process quick and easy.”

We used to go to the Enterprise on Vineland Avenue in In North Hollywood(during Covid you closed it)
I am so thankful you opened one on Lankershim Boulevard, that one is a great location. Your cars are always clean and reliable. And the staff at the counter are super friendly.”

“They had a storage truck ready for me to use last minute. The staff was nice and quick when checking in and out. He taught us how to use the truck as we did w/ ease. They let us bring it back in the morning w/ no extra charge since they closed early that day. They also were fair enough to give our money back since we brought the truck filled w/ gas still. Our move went easy, thanks to our rental here.”

“Cannot recommend this collision center enough. They gave me an excellent price and never tried to tack on random charges or upsell me on things I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. They were super transparent the whole process — they explained exactly what they were doing, why it needed to be done, and even showed me everything so I understood what was going on with my car.
As a younger driver out in LA, it can honestly feel intimidating dealing with car stuff sometimes, but they treated me with a lot of respect and patience. I never felt taken advantage of or brushed off. Great customer service, honest work, and overall just really good people. Definitely would recommend.”
