Terrible customer service. Had to wait (currently still waiting) 20 mins for the car. Person at the desk for some reason can walkie the workers to get cars available. very Unorganized. Workers more concerned about talking to friends and being in phones than people waiting for cars.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. Customer service is terrible. People just sit around doing nothing while you wait for an hour to get your car.

I was stranded without a car 4/2 just after 11pm. Was looking for help to try to get a rental. A man and lady behind the counter were so grim and rude, explaining they were closed. Didn’t even listen to me. Awful employees.
