HomeStreet Bank is a nice bank with very good and amazing customer service. The branch and people are amazing, with everything done quick in an efficient manner. Staff are friendly, kind, and very helpful beyond measure, always answering questions and providing solutions. They assure clients they are there to help, making for a very nice and pleasant experience. The bank is passionate about giving back to its communities on the West Coast, providing for banking and lending needs.
Nice bank with very good customer service. I went in to make a small deposit and had some questions and the branch manager Toros helped me out. It was a very nice and pleasant experience...definitely recommend it. Thank you!
