“If I could give them more stars I would. My wife and I were directed to Ed from two separate family friends with no ties to each other. He helped us select not only the right type of flooring as we have two small children (his demonstration on engineered flooring was memorable to say the least), the prices were unbeatable and he made sure we had everything delivered timely so as to not further delay our project. On top of that, every time I called him asking for moulding, etc., despite the custom/out of the ordinary color, he would get it to us within a day or so every time (our contractors made a few mistakes). After the flooring was done, we also ordered the countertops from him as well. He got us in contact with a great cutter/installer as well. Everything came out AMAZINGLY. We got slabs of quartz per his recommendation and had them cut to size. If only he could be our contractor too...”

“The Bearded Lady has expanded again! Camp Horror, the 1980's camp and cabin horror movie retail store, opened a few months ago. You'll definitely see Jason V. (life-size) and be able to buy all kinds of camp-themed merchandise - keychains, shirts, shorts, pins, posters, books, videos, home decor, etc. They also sell clothing and really cute Halloween shoes and purses. There are also horror movie props and interesting displays that encourage you to take pictures. Mystic Museum and Bearded Lady are right next door (the stores are interconnected), so be sure to check those out as well. Each store has a different theme.”

“I usually get pretty anxious when out in public and just overwhelmed by the sheer options available but I'm so happy I came to this specific Urban. I was trying to update my Wardrobe and get some new pieces to wear this fall. Alina was the store employee that helped me and she was AMAAAZING!!! Within minutes she was able to help me pick out some cute new tops to wear and suggest some pants that went along with the outfit I was trying to make. Honestly if it wasn't for her kind patience and fashionable taste I think I would have just gone home with nothing that day. She also introduced me to this new perfume that they sell in store. I don't remember what it's called but it smells so GOOD! If you get the chance, see what they have in stock for perfume, you won't regret it!THANK YOU ALINA! I wish more people were like you.”

“I love this location compared to the three I've been to and I have to say that my experience last Thursday was excellent. 03/14/24 I was browsing the store looking for random ideas to buy a co worker for fun and ran into Vincent in the isles and he was so polite and greatful for a simple conversation. He asked all the right questions on helping me find items. He was fantastic and on my way out the door he remembered my name and told me to have a good one. :)”

“I just love going to Home Goods at this !location! I parking in the parking structure and always find so many items that I need to tell cashier to ho!d onto them after I purchased them cause I need to go get my car! So easy to leave parking lot and then turn onto street and head to the loading zone!Just enough to load up my purchases into my trunk!!They have such a great selection of merchandise:Reasonably priced furniture; wonderful seasonal decorations; lovely pillows, drapes with rods; unique picture frames; functional and practical things for your kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and garden! Great ideas for gifts!I can spend hours going up and down each section and aisle! “I know people tend to complain on Yelp about a business and its serve; as I read some of the reviews I was honestly panicking as I was waiting for my couch delivery today. I'm extremely satisfied with the whole service from the day of purchase to today delivery. I work in retail sales, I didn't feel pressured when I walked in on 11/24/2023. I told the manager I was looking for a recliner style sofa, Azi directed me to the area and allowed time for me to look around and make my decision. Once I was ready for assistance I was greeted by Armen, he assisted us with our purchase and gave us the delivery date of 12/23! We received communication about our delivery, we got an automated call at 4:00 pm saying we are next for delivery/arrival. About 10minutes late the delivery truck arrived, the two gentleman had everything set up, the trash picked up and bone by 5:00pm.Overall I feel the value of what I paid for was worth it! Great service from the team at the store and fantastic customer service by the two delivery guys! I appreciate your service and thank you for your speedy and timely delivery.”

“This place is always packed with people browsing their assortment of products and design ideas for the home. Most staff is friendly and ready to answer all your questions. But mostly, what really draws the crowd is their restaurant. And earlier while I'm listening to the radio there's a poll about the best restaurant coffee and I agree with one the listener opinion IKEA have the best restaurant coffee out there. Aside from the many healthy food options reasonably priced. The restaurant vibe is so family friendly, relaxing and inviting.”

“This place is more like how Marshall's used to be. It's more affordable and has a good variety of things. Both Marshalls and TJ Maxx have gotten so expensive but Ross was surprisingly affordable and nice in Burbank.”
