“I don't usually take time to write reviews but the exceptional service that Maristel Vasco, the Relationship Manager VP Long Beach branch has definitely went above and beyond her job description, she had closely followed up on my application, answers phone calls, emails and any client inquiry efficiently and speedily. She take time to answer questions and able to multi task to be able to deliver results not just in time but even ahead of due dates. The process of my refinance was not smooth sailing but Ms. Vasco's service recovery has really made me relax during the process. Ms. Maristel Vasco is a true gem in your company. “I like this Wells Fargo. I believe it's the only WF that's open on Saturdays around the area so that's a big plus for me. Today wasn't a simple deposit/withdraw type of day though since I had a rather complicated matter to take care of with WF. I had an appointment with Maria and she was able to provide excellent service. She was very responsive, thorough, knowledgeable, and pleasant all-around. Sad to say that this level of professionalism and quality customer care is rare when I go to the other branches around Glendale, but I know where my go-to will be now should I have issues with my account.”
