“A coworker recommended J’s to me a while ago so when I needed my oil replaced and thought I might have an oil leak, I went here. Rolled up in the morning & VJ was great. Dropped of my car and a couple hours later he called me right when he said he would to tell me what was wrong and the cost. Turned out I didn’t have an oil leak but I did need new brakes (which made sense it’d been several years since they were replaced). I picked up my car a few hours later with everything all replaced and ready to go! The price was very fair and everything was done when he said it’d be. Will definitely be returning for any future maintenance!”

“The owner Yuval Palmon is the absolute best! My car's light for the charging system came on and I was able to get it serviced the same day. Keep in mind this was on a Saturday and I came in at 8am. I also live six hours away. He finished the alternator an hour after looking at my car. I decided to get my battery changed as well which took an additional two hours but that was because my battery is behind the wheel wall. So it probably would have taken less time if it wasn't for that. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative with all of my questions. Highly recommend if you are having car trouble!”

“I’m a bit late to review but the fact that I came back to make sure I said something should also stand as proof. Armen at Dr Smog is exactly what it means to have a good mechanic. He’s honest about pricing, keeps you informed during the repair process, is personable and very thorough.

I have an older truck that was giving lean codes. After his inspection and resulting repair, it ended up being half the cost of what it originally was from what he found. Awesomeness.

I came back for another repair when I lost reverse and park in my shifter. My tow company was late, but he asked me my arrival time and assured me that he’d stay open long enough to take in my truck. When the day came to pick it up, George was very detailed in what was fixed.

“I had a nail in my tire. It feels like there's always something wrong with my tires. Annoyed, I went to Pep Boys but they had a long wait. It was the same with Discount Tires. Lastly was American store Depot - which also had a long wait but since it was an easy fix they were happy to squeeze me in. The guy at the register, Milad, was an absolute sweetheart and met my problem with just the right amount of professionalism I needed. Alex, the tech, fixed my tire in a snap. And the best part? It was free! Yup! Flat tire service here is free* (terms and conditions may apply - It says it's free in the store I had a nail dead center that wasn't on the seam). Anywho, I'll be making it to work on time thanks to the American Tire Depot crew. I appreciate y'all for real ❤️”

“Survey Comment: I wanted to change my auto transmission fluid well before manufacture recommendation due to heavy use of auto shifting, down shifting and towing due to info I've read about the limits of manufacture guidelines vs. actual use. Burbank Valvoline saved my time, money and effort vs. any dealer I could have gone to. At one point I had up to 4 crew working on my vehicle (Ford Ranger) and problem solving how to appropriately change my transmission fluid and work on the vehicle. I had no issue spending an hour in the bay because I would have lost an entire day trying to get this done at a dealer at probably twice the cost. My personal time + price was extremely fair. Crew even showed me how to apply additional coupons for more savings. And they were totally informative and professional about everything that was happening the entire time. Couldn't be more pleased.”
