“Survey Comment: I wanted to change my auto transmission fluid well before manufacture recommendation due to heavy use of auto shifting, down shifting and towing due to info I've read about the limits of manufacture guidelines vs. actual use. Burbank Valvoline saved my time, money and effort vs. any dealer I could have gone to. At one point I had up to 4 crew working on my vehicle (Ford Ranger) and problem solving how to appropriately change my transmission fluid and work on the vehicle. I had no issue spending an hour in the bay because I would have lost an entire day trying to get this done at a dealer at probably twice the cost. My personal time + price was extremely fair. Crew even showed me how to apply additional coupons for more savings. And they were totally informative and professional about everything that was happening the entire time. Couldn't be more pleased.”
