“If you ever receive a package in the mail from box number 289, it is the address for the official location and is probably a sticker bumper sticker or some kind of other printed item that you ordered from either of them or another company that uses this company for their printing and shipping. Because this spot is an official UPS and FedEx mailing location they print your items in mail them out. Whether or not there the company that we're ordering from on Amazon and other light companies I do not know but they do handle at least Amazon third party company.”

“I am a retiree, recently moved from Connecticut to Northern California and now finally landed in Southern California in 3.5 years. Staples Burbank, is way friendlier and easier to deal with than in Staples Concord. I only printed at tax time once a year. In Northern California, it was practically impossible to enjoy any rewards from recycling my ink cartridges - Staples Concord insisted I would have needed to purchase ink cartridges in the prior 3 months before my now empty cartridges can be recycled. Staples Burbank is nothing but a breathe of fresh air. I can actually get my cartridges recycled whenever I get around to planning an efficient route to do a bunch of errands, or after months of unpacking at my own pace. The fairer interpretation and the welcome I get to even just pick-up a 50-envelope pack of Hot Chocolate mostly paid with recycling rewards, and 90 cents out of pocket, I am actually printing more and buying more paper, ordered online at Staples in my PJs late at night, for my sewing hobby on downloaded digital patterns. I don't have to run out to Staples on a whim, only to be disappointed that ink cartridges or a single ream of paper is not in stock. Way to go Staples Burbank!”

“Andrew and Anthony at the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center located at 250 E Olive Ave in Burbank are top notch professionals. I had called multiple Office Depot/Office Max locations after setting up a $1300+ order online. No one was willing or motivated to take my order and assist with my deadline.
My 1st contact was with Anthony at FedEx, and he was calm and reassuring right away. Both Anthony and Andrew were very honest to say that they did not know if they could complete my requested order deadline, but said that they would try. So they immediately got my $1300+ order. Andrew offered to be in touch to share an update 1 hour before the store's closing to let me know the overall status. In the end, they made it happen. I arrived to pick up a complete, well organized, large order. It was all perfect.
