“Although getting an early schedule is not easy, especially since some tests require fasting, the way the clinic works is pretty efficient. It was clean, comfortable, not crowded or noisy. I checked in on time,and just waited to be called. Rosa, the nurse or medical staff who took my blood sample was nice and friendly and very professional. The process was smooth and very close to painless.
I opted to park on the street and was very grateful that someone else was just leaving as I was arriving. And I quickly left after I was done so that another one can get my parking spot. Blessings! I would recommend arriving early in the event that parking on the street is full (and it can be so at peak hours of the day).
Overall a very good experience. No complaints here, just gratefulness.”

I have a medical condition that requires me to get my blood drawn regularly. In the past year alone, I’ve been to two other labs. One of the biggest issues I’ve experienced with those labs is how long it takes to get results back — the most recent one didn’t actually run tests in-house and had to send everything out to another lab. Even a simple urine test, which should be very basic, took up to 10 days to get results, which is completely unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. At another lab, I couldn’t even get my results at all — when I called to follow up, I got a recording saying the lab had gone out of business.

PIL Lab has been a completely different experience. Their turnaround time is the fastest I’ve seen because they run their testing in-house, and it really shows. I consistently get my results back quickly, which makes a huge difference when you’re monitoring your health closely.

On top of that, the staff is friendly, professional, and efficient. The whole process is smooth every time I go in.

I highly recommend PIL Lab over any of the other labs I’ve used. If you want fast, reliable results and great service, this is the place to go.”

“I've been here twice, and both times have been a breeze. Always called on time for my appointment, blood draws are 10 minutes max, and my phlebotomist ( Karen) was super kind and professional. I am very bad around needles but she has a very comforting energy and I barely felt a thing thanks to her. My last draw was 15 vials and it could not have gone smoother.”
