My mom purchased 4 items and was charged for 5. She had to get back in line then they made us wait for them to review the cameras. The staff was understanding but, at the end of the day it was their mistake. I'd call this poor and unprofessional customer service.

It's two levels and they only had registers running on the top level. With a LONG line. No thanks.

They need to hire more cashiers. Every time I go it’s two cashiers and a line that goes all the way to the back of the store which would take an hour to get through.
