Ross Dress for Less offers the latest fashions and brands for family and home at significant discounts. The store has a good variety of affordable items and plenty of things to shop, though the large, two-level location can become overcrowded. Access between floors is via stairs or an elevator, which is necessary for anyone with a cart or who is disabled, as there is no escalator. The store is often very busy, leading to long lines. While these lines can move pretty quickly and are sometimes handled efficiently by staff, the store can feel understaffed with only a few registers open and no self-checkout, causing wait times. Parking is available but may have time limits. While many find good stuff at good prices, the shopping experience can be inconsistent due to overcrowding and occasional staff with poor social skills or attitude, which can ruin the experience for some customers. Overall, it remains a more affordable option compared to similar stores.
I love in Van Nuys and was in Burbank running an errand. So of course I had to stop by and shop because I knew that their stores are more likely to have better things! AND THEY DID!! Cleaner, more organized and so many cute things! You have to go!

I used to enjoy shopping here but lately I've noticed the store is very crowded very unorganized your employees are very rude and not very helpful especially to those that are elderly and disabled
