I left it with him and in four days got it back. Looking beautiful and it’s running like the workhorse it’s always been!! Tom’s great I’m going to bring a couple other watches to him. If you have an issue, we’ll watch and he’s in your area or even if he’s not. He’s your guy.”

They carefully opened the watch, cleaned the movement, removed old battery leakage, installed a new battery, and made sure everything was working properly. Finding a good antique pocket watch repairman is worth its weight in gold and I am lucky to have found him. He did an excellent job replacing the crystal on my 1924 Rolex converted wristwatch, but I plan to bring it back to have him completely disassemble, clean, and relubricate the mechanism.
