“Super communicative and thorough, even when you bring them something that's a bit of a pain in the ass.
I brought my Seiko in because it just 'stopped'. Long story short, Tic Toc had to work with and ultimately send my watch into Seiko because they wouldn't sell the specific parts for my weird model. Tic Toc didn't charge me for the disassembly and problem solving to discover the issue either since they couldn't personally fix it (because Seiko wouldn't sell the parts).

Most importantly if he feels he can't match what certain pieces may be worth due to their ornate, artistic appearance he will be honest and let you know he can only pay for the value of what it's made of; i.e., gold, silver...and not the artistic value. “When my father and I walked into the MB&F lab, we were not prepared for what we were in for. Expecting to briefly check out whatever watches were in stock, we were instead greeted by Jeffrey and his contagious passion for high horology. The stories he told behind the creations were as impressive as the creations themselves. I learned so much about this brand through him, from the 400 units per year production rate to how Max partners with other great modern watchmakers such as Kari Voutilainen and McGonigle. Jeffrey also showed us the amazing clocks and mechanical artwork the lab also hosts. We left with a newfound appreciation of the brand after being allowed (if not encouraged) to try on some of their most coveted pieces. I strongly encourage any lover of watchmaking to visit the lab, and I would even encourage those who are not as it will most likely turn them into fellow watch nerds.”

“What a Godsend this place is, I have a vintage very high end Swiss timepiece and the manufacturer (I won't bother to bad mouth the company but it is a top three) in Geneva told me they could not repair the watch. My watch is in great shape and working well thanks to The Watch Doc and the price was what I feel is very reasonable given the value of the piece. Keep in mind I had several other repair facilities refuse to work on it.
Of course, all of my watches will go here for any service or repair these guys know what they are doing.”
