Came into Wells Fargo in Burbank expecting the usual bank runaround… left pleasantly surprised. The team actually smiled, remembered my name, and fixed my issue in under 10 minutes. A bank visit that didn’t drain my soul? Miracles happen.

When I joined Wells Fargo. They told me I would get a $300 bonus for joining with their bank and that was a complete lie Of course it was juat a marketing tool to get me to join. Needless to say I’ve pulled most my money out of the account and left just a little bit in there and will be looking for another bank closer... read full comment
