My Corvette was in an accident that damaged the rear bumper and quarter panels and Manuel was one of the very few body shops willing to take it in due to the complexity of the job. From the start, he was quick to respond to my calls and worked with me to come up with a solid plan for the repairs.
Along the way we hit a few obstacles with the bumper being discontinued, the insurance company offering us too little money, and even getting a rental car was a challenge. But Manuel found solutions for everything and kept the process moving smoothly.
When I finally got my car back, I was blown away because it looked brand new! The quality of his work and the professionalism he showed throughout the process made this a 5-star experience. I’d highly recommend Manuel and his shop to anyone who needs top-notch auto body work.”

“I've known Dean for 35 years and he has always been right there to service any and all body shop needs I have had. When my parents were alive they used to get Dean's help with our family vehicles. I, too, have had nothing but great and thorough service from Dean throughout these years. My girlfriend is also a customer of Dean's. When her vintage 1989 BMW was in an accident it could have easily been deemed 'totaled'. But luckily we sought Dean's professional help and he was able to get "BRONZE BETTY" up and running like new in no time. We would both recommend Dean for all your Auto Body needs and he is a really nice guy too!!!”

Aside from the excellent sales and finance teams, for service, Richie Reyna (Audi) and Chris Yip (Porsche) are great! That's why I always refer my friends and colleagues to choose Porsche Audi Burlingame as the concessionaire of choice and to request Richie Reyna or Chris Yip (and now Chelsea is also a service advisor) as their Service Advisor. Always!
Also, Larry G. is helpful and can help expedite and explain certain requests in a way that other concessionaires should learn and follow.
The sales team (Josiah, Larry, Anthony, Randy, Michael C.), led by Sal M. is great!
For Finance, I always request Emma since she's worked with me in the past but Chris is also great! They make the acquisition of my new Porsche or Audi less routine and more simple! No sticker shock or hidden add ons with them, ever!
Catherine and Craig have done a great job with leadership of the team and the direction of the concessionaire since purchasing and marketing trends have changed a lot! They look at trends and ensure that operations are tuned and inline for customer needs.
