“My son left home with the family for a day trip to the coast to get away from the heat , in panic mode called me I said get to the nearest O'Reilly's and test the charging system and sure enough the alternator was gone. These guys didn't have one but the next city had one and drove over to get it so my son could get back on the road. This store deserves a great big thank you to everyone there.”

“I need a battery at the time. I went in. There was two young men, very courteous. They were attentive to my needs. They made sure they explained everything and they installed it for me.I only had to wait for about 20 minutes for them to install. In and out.”

“I have an Audi 2020. I just got it serviced the other day from Audi Marin and I was on a 2 Hour Dr. and the check engine light came on, but the heating and cooling was fine. I didn’t know what to do so then I came to this O’Reilly and Valentino was excellent. He checked my car plugged in and told me most likely what it could be and that it was safe to get home most likely. he was very professional and really helped me out and put my mind at ease. They were always very helpful and usually had all the batteries we needed for our commercial trucks and mowers as well as for personal motorcycles and boats. Since taking new ownership, Daniel has completely transformed the image and feel of the store. The store is much cleaner, better organized, and the customer service is excellent! Prices are competitive to major retailers, but the "local store feel" is why we will continue to support Peninsula Batteries.”
