“I called Fixit Auto Body because I needed a shop with a plastic welder to repair a broken bumper tab on my BMW. Manuel answered the phone and was extremely knowledgable about my issue so I brought my car in the next day. The repair was done in 15 minutes asides from the time it took me to remove my bumper. The weld came out immaculate and I don't use that word lightly, for I am beyond meticulous when it comes to my car. The tricky part was getting the hole drilled in the correct area to align with the bumper, but Manuel was eager to have it done and flawlessly finished it.I will be coming back here for all of my custom body work from now on. “I've known Dean for 35 years and he has always been right there to service any and all body shop needs I have had. When my parents were alive they used to get Dean's help with our family vehicles. I, too, have had nothing but great and thorough service from Dean throughout these years. My girlfriend is also a customer of Dean's. “Yelpers, it is very rare these days to find a body shop where the owner ( Larry Wu) takes so much pride in the workmanship and customer satisfaction! Larry knew I was particular and looking for quality in the work and price was not my only consideration. Larry assured me he would take very good care of my car and did Larry come through! A work that should have taken only 4 days ended up being about 10 days Larry literally refuse to release the car until he was 100% satisfied with the results! Larry is that rare bird/breed! I happen to needed a few " touchup" on one of my Lexus and Larry was referred to me from a few good friends from the Tesla club in the SF Bay Area. Most Tesla shops these days would not take the smaller jobs and refer the work out to other less known shops for the sake of additional profits and less headaches. But I heard only positive review from everyone who worked with Larry with their Tesla on quality and VIP service. Larry did not disappoint! From start to finish, Larry was very patient with my questions and providing progress along the way. Go see Larry if you love your car! You will not be disappointed!”

“The owner is a stand up guy. I never ever write reviews on places but after being to this establishment specifically, I felt the need to. The owner has reasonable prices for parts as well as labor times. He will even ask you a plethora of questions to know exactly what you need and want done to your bike. He will also ask what your budget is and if you're tight on money he will make suggestions to make it cheaper. He installed LED headlights, Fairing sliders, a kickstand, a center stand, and new fairing bolts for me as well as new levers and they all work amazingly. Haven't had a single issue with them. 10/10 service. The work this man does is worth the buck. :)”

“I stopped in to ask a question about replacing the grille on my 2015 BMW as it had come with the 3 colored grille stripes which I didn't like. I had purchased new black ones and wanted them switched out. Dennis looked at my colored striped grille and said that the colors were just pop-off covers which I wasn't aware. He popped them off and didn't charge me anything for that. I thought it would be a whole production. He was very pleasant and professional, and I am very pleased with his level of customer service. I will definitely be back to see him when the occasion rises.”
