I left a message on their website and was quickly reached out to even though they were closing in around 30 minutes they still were able to help me go through the process and schedule an appointment to visit. I got 25% on the side driver windows and 5% in the back. I live really nearby and was able to get my car serviced right on time and was returned my car with nice tinting and great service. Even after almost 2 years my windows are great thank you for making such a wonderful experience and still reaching out to me with a little coupon on a future service.”

Pao is the manager. He has been my trustworthy advisor. He is knowledgeable and informative. He always keep me updated with the repair process.My car had an engine misfire issue last month and brake/suspension problem earlier this year. Of course I brought it to Pao and the crew at Ma's did the diagnosis and got the problems fixed in a timely manner. They also charge reasonably for the repairs. My Subaru is my reliable daily commute car. Pao along with his crew at Ma's has been doing a great job in keeping my car constantly reliable.Thank you so much Ma's Auto Repair! “Paul is extremely knowledgeable and detail-oriented. He repaired a ton of rust and repainted my car- a 1973 BMW 2002. He was very helpful and flexible in aiming to keep the costs of the restoration in check, and quite reasonable and understanding when the engine rebuild was delayed at another shop. Paul is honest, almost to a fault, but i very much appreciated his sincere attempts to ensure i was happy with the work while not breaking the bank. He is a bit eccentric, which is a plus as far as I'm concerned given the number of personalities that get absorbed by larger corporate shops. Ultimately, my car is just beautiful- she continues to put a smile on my face, while turning heads in traffic. I'm planning and budgeting for a return to Autosports Exclusive!Services: Painting”

“Eduardo has been great to with on repairing our car after an employee of a company hit our car. DH went to a couple of different places and appreciated how Eduardo was detailed in his estimate mentioning there is likely work that needs to be done underneath our rear bumper. When we dropped off our car with boys in tow, Eduardo told us the company needs to replace our car seats after an accident. If not for him, we wouldn't have known this is California law. He was kind to pick up my many phones calls in trying to coordinate when our car would be done, so I could coordinate extension of our rental car. New car bumper came back great, and Eduardo even tried to fix a dent on our front bumper. He cleaned up our car nicely and even folded up the garment bag in the trunk. Bonus was he was welcoming of our boys checking out all the different cars in his garage and answering many of their questions. We wouldn't hesitate recommending and coming back for any auto body repair. Thanks Eduardo!”

Carlos, the shop owner, was very friendly and assured me he could repair all damage and provided partial and full body refinish quotes. “They did an amazing job! Someone rear ended my Tesla last month and did quite a bit of damage. Any time I look for a services I always do my research and check the reviews and I saw that this place had quite a bit of good feedback, so I decided to take my car here, and I'm really glad I did. My insurance adjuster wasn't really the best with communicating some of the details with me, the repair, and car rental place, but Go auto was so accommodating, they were consistent, great at communicating updates on my car, accommodating me when my rental car policy expired. And when I got my car back it looked good as new. I also gave them my car when it was on low battery and they even charged it for me and made sure everything was clean. This is and will always be where I go to get my car repaired from now on.”
