“Here for a conference. Was initially not expecting much from an “airport hotel,” but this is a great property. Beautiful rooms, great service, conference rooms have been great too, along with the catering. There’s a Starbucks in the lobby, a well appointed gym (that was popular), and it’s located adjacent to the Bay Trail, great for a walk or a run.”

“I stayed for 4 days at the Hyatt Regency while attending my college conference. The hotel handled the event very well. The management staff were highly organized, professional, and supportive throughout all four days. Despite the scale of the conference, everything ran smoothly.
My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, which made it easy to rest after long conference sessions. The food service was also consistently good with efficient service. I especially liked how peaceful the location felt despite being near the airport.
Highly recommended for anyone staying near SFO.”

“Natalie and everyone I worked with was incredible. I had a trip cancelled day of. Everyone made sure my parking was refunded. Not only that, I accidentally left my spare car key and they mailed it to me instead of making it a hassle to retrieve. Truly amazing customer service. Everyone looked for ways to help instead of reasons not to.
Aside from that, let’s talk location: this is a few miles from SFO. It’s not super crowded and they have spots for long term parking. Why stay anywhere else if you’re traveling and need a place to park?”

“4 stars for what it is - a clean, comfortable hotel that is convenient to SFO. Felt safe but we left nothing in our car. Important to know that you can’t use your digital key for the parking gate - would be nice for the front staff to tell you this.”

“Location, location, location. This waterfront hotel is very close to most of San Fran attractions, and the lakeside walk alone is worth the stay. We've been guests many times and another bonus is the fact that it's pet friendly.”

“The best staff ever!! One of the staff at the front desk helped my mom get her phone back that was lost in an uber! Honestly some of the best service. Everyone that we encountered was so friendly and helpful! The room is okay, but the service is top notch! Which is a priority to me when booking a stay!”

“Amazingly clean, good room prices, pet friendly-75$ pet fees per night
Complimentary breakfast was amazing as well, a whole lot of options, cereals, egss/meat, coffe and a lot more everything was available”
“Bay Landing is a serviceable hotel that appears to cater primarily to travelers coming from, or going to, nearby San Francisco International Airport (SFO).
First and foremost, the staff were excellent from beginning to end. This is one of the big selling points for the location.
Additionally, the provided breakfast had robust options both hot and cold. There was a steady stream of breakfasters, enough so that when my wife came down a bit later, she needed to sit outside of the designated dining area, which seemed to be permissible.
The room itself was clean, and the size was as expected. The one significant downside was here: The room seemed very tired, and in need a glow up. The decorations and furniture were dated, which is fine, but there were multiple areas of noticeable wear and, most especially, peeling wallpaper. This was, of course, most prevalent in the bathroom, but not limited to that section.
The hotel itself is located along the SF Bay south of the airport. The area has a mixed combo of other hotels, industrial parks, and some restaurants nearby (highly-recommend New England Lobster Market & Eatery a bit up the road).
Overall, the additional amenities, quality of service, and relatively decent cost (for the area) make this a nice option for the traveller passing through, or the tourist who won't be spending a lot of time in their room.”
