“This is a good choice if staying by SFO. Reasonable value. Old style decor but OK, very quiet (I was not on the bay side) and comfortable room, except soft mattress was sagging badly. Better than typical free breakfast included. Friendly service at evening check in. Good shuttle service every 45 minutes to/from airport. The area outside the hotel is great for a morning walk by the Bayshore.”

“No major complaints! I've stayed here about 5 times so far. The rooms seem to be cleaned thoroughly between guests. The rooms are worn but sanitary. Location and price cannot be beat. It is possible to hear your nextdoor neighbors if they're being careless.”

“Not one of the better experiences at a Hyatt for a Globalist like me. But it was still okay. First, club lounge is still closed. And this is a pet peeve of mine - their gym cardio equipment doesn't have any entertainment options. I tried all 4 treadmills and not only do they not have Internet connection (i.e. - youtube or Netflix), even their regular TV on treadmills aren't working. Lastly, (hopefully this is an aberration - the bathroom when we checked in didn't seem too clean. There were at least 5 hairs in the bathtub. That made my wife not want to take a soaking bath. To be fair, it's still a pretty good hotel since it's a Hyatt Regency. Workers are polite, rooms look pretty new and clean (except the hairs). Free breakfast and parking honored. We were there for my daughter's dance convention and the ballroom was great too. Just probably in the lower 1/2 of the Hyatts I've been to.—————————————Update: One year later and things are better. Room didn’t have any hairs this time. So an extra star. We also got a bay-facing room on the lower floor (we requested lower floor to have easier access to the convention meeting rooms downstairs) - and enjoyed the view. I also really like their new water-dispensing system (see picture) - which dispenses cold water for free and pretty reasonable prices for sparkling and flavored soda (environmentally friendly). They also offered 4:00pm late checking proactively. Unfortunately, lounge is still closed. I’ll be back again next year for another review!”

“Excellent hotel very convenient for San Francisco Airport. Great breakfast.Only criticism is that shuttle to the airport does not run between 9.00am and 5.00pm. We had to get an Uber for around $15.”

“I've been going to this hotel for three years. Their ocean view is beautiful and they are very organized. Their prices are extremely reasonable, more than reasonable. There are so many hotels I've stayed at that charged double of what I paid. 80 dollars a night was quite the steal for amazing room service and great employees at the front desk.I went down to get two drinks from their snack area. A man who was probably in the mid 30's looked like he had been on drugs and hadn't taken a shower. I could tell he most likely didn't have a reservation as he was cursing and walking around the lobby. He had came up to me and was very close to me which made me extremely uncomfortable. This is the first time in years I've seen anything like this happen at this hotel. The lady handling the check ins was amazing at dealing with this man. She in no way discriminated him and in no way made him feel like he didn't belong there. I could see in her eyes she was scared of what he was going to do next. She handled the uncomfortable situation extremely well. I hate that I didn't catch her name but she was working the front desk Tuesday,December 26th , around 9pm. Something I love about this hotel is their free breakfast. Their breakfast is so yummmyy i don't care if they were frozen but it's soooo goood. They don't taste like if they were frozen or anything. They also offer free hot chocolate and coffee day round which is so nice too. All the other hotels I've been to charge for even a cup of water! In addition to that, the area in which they serve their food is extremely organized and well maintained. My absolute favorite thing they serve is their cinnamon rolls, it literally hits every time. And to those two employees Saturday (December 30th) morning that were speaking in Spanish complaining that I got the last two cinnamon rolls, im sorry. I don't think they thought I understood them but I did lol. However, that is not something I will dock a star over. Para la próxima, ten cuidado al hablar español a espaldas de los clientes. puedes conseguir tu cinnamon roll el próximo vez que trabajas jajajaConcluding this review, I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Bay Area. They are very clean and hard working people. They will guarantee your safety and make sure your stay is up to your expectations. To that person who said they unplugged the ice machine, you are a bum.”

“First time here, rooms were clean and very nice. It was a long walk from the elevator to my room. If the second digit in your room is a 1 (3100+, 4100+, etc) you have a long walk. Rooms close to the elevator are in the 4030-4040, 3030-3040, etc range.Lovely waterfront view from my room, you can see the planes land and takeoff and flocks of birds on the water. The main foyer/bar area is very open and busy. Again, lovely view of the waterfront.Almost $50/day to park here. They will give you a pass at the front desk that lets you get in and out of the parking lot. There’s also a nice walkway by the bay that’s very pleasant in good weather. I would stay here again.”

“I enjoyed my stay very much and I’m grateful to the late checkout as My flight is 11:30 pm. I am elderly and travelling alone. This has been my home away from home Hotel. The service is very good all round, Except the Chinese waiter In the restaurant, who appeared to be impatient and very abrupt. He is very much the exception. It is very convenient to access the airport from this hotel.I like to make a few suggestions to the hotel to make the stay even more comfortable.1. Please have a recycle bin Empty bottles of water And other wrapping papers etc.2. Please consider putting refrigerator into the rooms because we like to take fruits and cold beers etc. We have not come across a rum, has not got the fridge for a very very long time3. There is no shower room for the gym or the swimming pool. A sweating man who came out of the gym went into the pool which made me feel very uncomfortable. As for myself, I would like to have a shower instead of just drying myself to go onto the lift. Thanks again to”

“I don’t know where to start I am so happy here. It’s a beautiful hotel. The breakfast is very good. The omelet line moved surprisingly fast. I had a Denver omelet. That omelette team is impressive. Fun to watch them. We have a balcony room and the views are gorgeous and right next to the water. The heated indoor pool and hot tub are in a gorgeous room. Enjoyed swimming laps for 45 min. The paintings are lovely. Walking past the koi pond in the center common area to go to the pool was super cool. We are getting a lot more for our money here than the other places we usually stay. This just became my favorite hotel chain. Charming experience. Looking forward to “Happy Hour”! Everyone has been so nice! Best regards to all the staff in here. ?? Rooms: The suite is perfect for traveling with kids. 2 rooms with a real door in between. Thankyou!Walkability: The walking paths next to the water are perfect.Food & drinks: Breakfast is best I’ve had in a hotel in ten years.”
