“we used a day pass to stay here a few hours before our flight. reception and staff were very nice, room was clean and comfortable, free tea and coffee and apple in lobby, and free airport shuttle came on time. Please tip the driver!”
“Great stay at The Westin SFO! The location is extremely convenient for travelers. My room was very clean and comfortable. The free shuttle service made getting to and from the airport completely hassle-free. Highly recommend for a stress-free airport stay!”

“There’s customer service and then there’s above and beyond service. Michelle, the manager, was incredible and went out of her way to help with a minor inconvenience. The room was clean and upgraded, and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good. Definitely staying here again, mainly because of the exceptional service.”

“This hotel has a VERY reliable SFO to hotel shuttle. This was a very important criteria for me. And the hotel shuttle did not disappoint. The shuttle operated like clock work. It shares the same shuttle as the neighbouring Westin.
The room is well appointed and super clean. Service at the front counter is very average though, but up to US standards.
On the whole, it was a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend this hotel. Thumbs up! Will be back for sure.”
