“Solid HGI, very good location in Tech Hub with many solid chain resturants within walking distance. Overall, a good stay. Breakfast was decent but limited for Diamonds (ie no egg or meat options). Rooms have been recently renovated.”

“A little gem in a very expensive area. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the free breakfast has a great variety — a wonderful bonus. The staff at the front desk is warm and welcoming, genuinely making you feel at home. Just a 10-minute drive from SFO, it's the perfect base if you have an early flight or a late arrival. Great value for the Bay Area. Would definitely stay again!”

“The room and the bathroom were clean, the non-smoking room actually did not smell like smoke, which is nice compared to some other Hotels/Inns. The air was fresh and not laden with so-called air fresheners that some hotels use to overwhelm people's senses. Everything was working as it should, everything was clean and neat.”

“We were traveling on vacation and we ended up with car trouble. The hotel was kind enough to let my wife and our service dog sit in the lobby at 8 AM until our room was ready. Cassandra was so kind and helpful. Let us store our luggage in the office. She took special attention with my wife. When Marlene came in, she offered to help put The luggage in the room, she said anything at all that her or Cassandra could do. They would be happy to do to help out. Our room was ready by 10 AM and my wife and our service dog was able to relax some while I was at the dealer getting our car fixed all day. A great shout out to Cassandra and Marlene for the great fantastic job they do and how nice and sweet they are.”
