“Lee was the best. First time ever using public storage and she made this experience as simple as possible. A big thank you to her. She deserves a nice pizza party for her great help. Ten star review for her excellent service. Fantastic work. Great team over here. Shout out for Mike and John for their wonderful help as well!”

“Amanda was fabulous We live in a time that customer service is a forgotten art skill most companies don’t even care anymore. They put you on hold transfer your call and then when you finally get to the person you wanted somehow you get disconnected Amanda made sure that didn’t happen. she walked me through the process explained it to me like I was a two-year-old within 20 minutes. I got a storage unit within the hour. I had all my belongings in it an amazing experience for an amazing company for an amazing young lady.?”

“wanted to rent a unit after a big move but honestly walked in kinda stressed and over it. But teh guy at the counter took his time with me, answered dumb questions without making me feel stupid. I got alot of junk still to store so not stressing anymore, its going to be fine. Felt clean and secure when they let me look around, plus the pricing was fair for the area. definately coming back when I need more space.”
