“These 5 stars are for the maintenance workers. Shout out to Matt, Jose, and Randy. They are polite, capable, and respectful of your space. Admin is hit and miss since they're corporate, they get 2 stars. So you can assume 1) they will raise your rate the max legal amount every year, and 2) they will do nothing proactively to improve tenant quality of life. Because of poor building design, there are lots of mold issues in bathrooms, not just us, but multiple tennants over the years (fake air vents that don't actually vent outside) and legally, they don't need to fix this because of when the building was built; only applies to new buildings. Decks get crazy hot and only when you complain enough about it do they replace the paint to something objectively cooler that they have waiting in stock (verified with IR temp gun). Long story short, the workers are great and kind, those in charge of money and decisions are corporate. So judge accordingly.”

“After checking out several apartment complexes in the area and not being particularly impressed, we turned down Bowfield entered the tree lined Westcreek Apartments driveway and immediately felt at ease. We could live here, we both agreed. Something about the place just drew us, it felt like being in Big Bear! By the time we toured the available apartments, there was no doubt, this would be our new home. Now, having lived in our spacious one bedroom with a view of a magnificent oak tree and the creek, for one month, we know we made the right decision. If I am up early, I hear the resident owl, later on a chorus of birds, and early evening, the frogs chime in. By 7 AM I visit the gym, small but equipped with all I need. My husband and I often walk around the park that is directly behind us. And most evenings including a dip in the jacuzzi. The management, Delia and Joe are always friendly and helpful! And on the few occasions something needed fixing, Andy was at the door an hour or two later to fix it. All in all, we are incredibly happy to be here ❤”

“I have been living at Shadiw Ridge for over 15 years and the management never extends any courtesy to me even though I have been a loyal tenant all these years. I made an appointment to see a larger apartment and when I went to the appointment they told me the space had been rented earlier in the day. The unit I was interested in was a very unique “cottage” that doesn’t become available often. Not only did I not get a courtesy call to let me know that it had been rented, but they should have let me see the apartment before anyone else. I was told it was not available to be seen until the date I was given and yet someone else rented it before I even had a chance to see it. I’m feeling extremely disappointed and unhappy with management here. This is just one of many incidents here that makes living here an unpleasant experience.”

“I have lived at Warner Pointe for five years now, and the management team is truly top-notch. The current manager Jenn and Manuel are an exceptional duo. Jenn is amazing at communicating with tenants; she keeps us updated on building works and inspections and hosts lovely mini-events that bring the community together.

Manuel is easily the best maintenance professional I’ve encountered. He responds to requests via the community app incredibly fast. It is a great place to live, and I always feel supported knowing that any issue will be handled swiftly and professionally. Highly recommended!”

“I have had a lovely experience residing at Arlo - I specifically want to take a moment to highlight the front office staff. They have been so kind and quick to assist me with my matters. I genuinely can't say enough good things about the front office staff members, specifically the 2 young ladies that manage the front. Maintenance has always been attentive and kind aswell. Arlo is a great place to reside and I appreciate all the upgrades and smart tech in the apartments that allow me to manage things via my phone device such as the lock on front door, gorgeous smart stove, thermometer etc. In addition I find it very cozy in comparison to many other complexes nearby that are more - crowded and loud. The complex is also very secure - I appreciate this greatly as a single woman. While there is some nearby homeless individuals, I do not see them on property, in fact - I find this specific complex to be much more locked down. I appreciate that they have security on site walking around daily each night. Ie - its more challenging for homeless to get into. I've had many issues with the homeless community at complexes nearby (one of the perks of being a bit more secluded). Given the pricing and amenities I find this complex to be very well priced and places like Elara Apts (that is much more pricey for less features) doesn't hold a candle to Arlo and its attentive, heart forward staff. I think as a resident when you have patience and are mindful of your delivery when issues arise (as they inevitably will), they do go above and beyond for you to be comfortable.”

“I loved living there. The staff were always nice to me and tried to accommodate my needs as fast as they can. Only issue I have is with neighbors. There’s a lot of college students that parties at night and it can be loud.”

“I lived here for more than 5 years and so far the best apartment I have lived in. Unfortunately I had to move to a different state for work and I haven’t still found a place that is good as independence park. The place is maintained well and the maintenance team is prompt to resolve issues. Mary is very responsive as well and quick to respond to any issues. The complex is rent controlled which is also a huge plus. Highly recommend the place.”

The building was quiet and Very CLEAN
KYLE was AMAZING, She even followed up 2 days Later to see if I found something
Fast forward 2 months later My mother was looking to move I took her to Kyle I knew she would love her and the building. Her lease is ready She moves in June 1st
Kyle was beyond helpful she showed concern and was very patient with my Mom She showed us 4 units and made sure my mother was comfortable with her choice
BTW on Kyle’s OFF DAY she went far and beyond her Job description! Kyle keeps the building in tip top shape!!!!”

“It’s been great working with Mila and Oscar. They have been attentive and helpful throughout the leasing process. Maintenance is always on top of it! The entire team is always actively working to keep the facility clean and running smoothly. They go above and beyond (even when some tenants are lazy to clean up after themselves) they are always doing extra work. Not sure his name but he seems to manage the cleaning crew, he’s here everyday and always working so hard hauling trash dumps, pulling recycling items, etc. He’s a great leader. Maria from the maintenance team is a pleasure to work with. She’s on it and always see her working so hard. It’s also nice to see security crew doing their rounds. Overall great team working towards a relaxing living experience.”
