“I just purchased my fourth vehicle In the last six years from the team at the Reseda branch of Enterprise car sales. Buying a car from these folks is just incredibly easy and it’s such a pleasure doing business with them. This is of course, the reason why I keep returning !
Last week, I was very fortunate to work with Jocelyn Garcia, who is nothing short of outstanding in every way. She did everything possible To accommodate me. She was extremely patient and allowed me to take as much time as I needed. In the end, she helped me to pick out the perfect car. Jocelyn’s boss, Tevis, really went to bat for me on the trade-in. The entire team is exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. I can’t say enough good things about them and I highly recommend them to my friends and family.”
“I have truthfully never had a better experience working with Enterprise and that is all due to Izzy who works there as one of the managers. She is absolutely fantastic. A wonderful person with a fantastic sense of humor and a true open mind to the world and makes people feel totally comfortable and has treated me with the utmost respect. Even though I damaged a few of their cars accidentally and she never gave me any trouble and was nothing but professional and in my opinion she should be the branch manager instead of the husky white guy behind the counter that does nothing.
This woman is Bright, hilarious, completely understanding, and is very open to people being people and without her. I would never feel comfortable renting from Enterprise at all but they have something special in her and she deserves to be running that Branch completely by herself and even more so should be a regional or general manager for multiple locations because she is that good and makes her customers feel absolutely at home. So this review may not be for Enterprise itself but more for the people that deserve to be recognized for their hard work and dedication and mostly human compassion. If I could give her 10 Stars I would. I am also going to write this to Enterprise itself so that they know they have something that they should hold on to and ensure that they treat her right and she gets to where she deserves to be. Izzy and Enterprise have been a lifesaver for me over the last 2 weeks while my car has been in the shop and frankly, I will never deal with anyone other than her and if she isn't working that day then I won't rent a car that day. She is literally the glue of that entire operation while the so-called manager sits behind a desk and plays on his cell phone.
P.S. - always get the extra insurance. Trust me.”

“I had the unusual experience of needing a car after a small car accident. I didn't have prior approval from the responsible party but the manager and the assistant manager worked hard to get my approval and I was out the door within 45 minutes! They went above and beyond as always!”
“I have been a Enterprise client for over 30 years....when my truck broke down I made a reservation at Enterprise Woodland Hills then switched to the Northridge location because my truck was towed out that way......they quoted me $38.42 per day for a car but they were closing in ten minutes so I ended up at the Woodland Hills store....when they had my car ready they said $61 per day!! I said forget it but they said "nothing we can do". I later called the Woodland Hills office again and again to get some help but everyone said "nothing we can do".....I called customer service and was told the regional office would call me.....they never did....so I call Woodland Hills once again and told my story and a very nice lady answered and said "I am the branch manager here...let me see what I can do...".....her name was Amber.....anyway she asked a few questions and got me a rate of $42 per day which I was thrilled about....I asked about the previous day and she said $42 per day for that day as well....she was great!!! She cared and took the initiative to make me happy and honor what I had been told.....she is how I remember Enterprise for over 30 years....someone trying to help me...not just a robotic "nothing I can do..." which is a terrible response from anyone in customer service. Also very helpful was Patrick in the Woodland Hills office....he is what customer service is all about.....polite, friendly, and willing to help the client....he is a pro and will go far in his career...just like Amber!! These two are the best and are very much appreciated!!!!”

Easy booking process, good prices.
Rented for a weekend gateway, but thankfully, I was instructed of the hours of operation on Sunday, so we'll extend the rental for the next day due to my conflicted schedule. Still, I had a great price.
The car was just what I needed to travel safely to my destination.

“I rented from Avis after leaving my personal vehicle at the body shop. I was hit by an idiot who didn't know how to use a back up camera. I rented an HRV from this location. The car was clean and I got it for a decent rate. The employee at the desk was super helpful with answering questions in person and on the phone, and I had a ton because this was my first time dealing with insurance for a rental car. I'd go back - renting a car from here was the least stressful part of my week dealing with my car's repair.”

“My gorgeous BMW was slammed into and while in the body shop, after going through H*^% with the regular Enterprise, I demanded a car from Enterprise Exotic! These guys are PHENOMENAL!!! They got me in my ideal car, literally with a couple swap outs, within 3 days!! Gee, Chanukah and Spencer were absolute rockstars and I literally think I just found my next new car; Maserati Ghibli!
