I called and was given all of the information I needed and how to complete the application online and print it to bring along (with necessary things to complete the process). Of course new photos are required...(no problem they're all set up and even show you the digital photo for your approval before printing it! Affordable too)!I was given easy instructions as well as application fee rates, renewal and expediting rates.Within literally a few minutes everything was completed and off and running. The store itself is clean, organized and has everything you need for any type of shipping (including a huge greeting card selection) and a 24 hour access mailboxes. Parking is easy too!
