“Extremely helpful, informative, communicative, professional. The person who hit our car only had the bare minimum coverage, which wasn't even enough to cover what the car was valued at as totalled. Let alone to fix completely. It's a commuter 20 year old Toyota with low mileage, so totally worth fixing. They didn't force us to agree to the full estimate, nor estimate with outrageous prices and only OEM parts. We were able to discuss what we wanted, what was necessary, and what could be left alone. I didn't even recognize it at first when we went to p/u the car, it looked amazing!! Ultimately we were able to pay for these repairs and most of the rental, with limited coming out of our own pocket. Thank you Doug for being so helpful and amazing!”

“I stoped in at auto zone today and was greeted by Jesse. He told me exactly what I needed and great customer service. He asked how long ago it’s been since I replaced my cabin air filter and I had no clue so I purchased one and totally needed one.”
“Where do I begin? I love Jim and Jeremy in the office. All of the staff is courteous, efficient, fast and effective. There does need to be a little better communications between Jim and Jeremy before telling the customer what the plan is... I absolutely love these two men! Mr. Jim who took my case was such a gentleman and swepted me off my feet! I forgot how it felt to be a beautiful lady for so long! He even offered to help park my car when I dropped it off & was so kind.. The way he opened the door and is so friendly and professional made me feel like the only one in the world.. Oh is he handsome too! Jeremy went the extra mile to try and fix a piece inside the car that had nothing to do with the original job. I am waiting on one piece and when I bring it in, I will have another whole job for them to do because they impressed me so much! Ladies if you want top notch treatment that will make your heart flutter come here!
UPDATE:: I took my car back to have some extra parts put on and I missed a couple of days due to my job and I felt so guilty! Not once did they ever mention it and were very glad to see me. My sig other did a horrid job cleaning the car and I just didnt have time to do it myself before bringing it in. So I have the extra piece pout and plus a phantom oversized grill thats not easy to deal with. They found a way to mount that monster and OMG it looks fabulous!!! The best thing, I barley had time to dye my hair and do anything around the house and they were calling me telling my car was done that day within HOURS!! I fully expected them to need to make time for it and get around to it over the next couple of days.. Nope less than 5 hours.. On the way home I noticed that even the back of the car l looked really good and how happy I was with it when it hit me....OMG They washed and spit shined my car to a high polish!!! I kept thinking wow why does my car look so good? the sun light was just glinting and shining off the back of the bumper and the sides..and I was just Floored!!! I cant believe they did that a second time for me!!
Man next time I go down there I better dress up in some high heels and a mini skirt! These guys deserve it!! HA ha Love them!!”

Update as of 8/20/24:
My engine started revving hard…lo and behold, I noticed engine oil leaks. I went ballistic, but I knew who to call. Carlos and his mechanics yet once again to the rescue. Expeditiously they replaced the cooler line hose and replaced the oil & filter. My car is running like a champ again. Thank you! For professional service and fair price RAS is the place!!!”

“I have a 20 year old class A diesel pusher. I bought it late last year and inherited some wear and tear issues. While I was dry camping out of state, I woke up to a large puddle underneath my motorhome. I had it diagnose mobile RV repairman And determined, I had two leaks. One was to my aqua, hot on-demand hot water system, and the other was the hydraulic fitting to my left slide out. The mobile guy I called was under manned and wouldn't be able to fix it and suggested I find a shop where I could take my RV to get this done. I searched yelp and found Hestren's. . I was able to get a hold of The Mechanic, Raul, on his phone. I explained my issues and he invited me to bring it in immediately. I took it to his shop on a Saturday morning, and after he looked at it with a few additional things like a slide out air rubber seal had deteriorated a ceiling vent fan and drivers seat electrical that wasn't working, he estimated it would be done by Wednesday, Friday at the latest. Raul called me early Tuesday afternoon to tell me it was ready to be picked up. I went the next morning and he showed me all the work completed. He even had my worn hoses and rubber seals for me to inspect the show the wear and tear. I was extremely satisfied with Raul's can-do, attitude and workmanship. I also feel that Raul having changed my hydraulic connection rather than replacing the entire 40 feet of hydraulic line saved me an additional $2000. The overall price was very reasonable and money Well spent. I will bring my motorhome back when other issues arrive as I totally trust Raul and his workmanship.”
