They kept a warm and welcoming smile throughout the entire visit, which made a huge difference. I truly appreciate their patience and friendly service!”

But I saw Kyle yesterday and that dude was so nice and professional! Like he was so fun to talk with and helped me with every problem I had and might have a bit down the road.
Customer service is kinda tricky at times and even though my dumb butt rushed in at like 15 to closing he helped me so well. Please I hope regional recognizes this store and gives raises to the people within. He isn't the only awesome experience I've had I just don't remember the name of the woman that helped me the month previous.

“Frontier has been installing fiber optics in our neighborhood and I wanted to upgrade from spectrum. The technician did a great job of installing the box in the garage and we have 2 wifi routers with Ethernet ports. It only cost $10 more per month for 5X the speed and the price is locked in for 3 years. I recommend Frontier only if you can get fiber optics not DSL.”
