“From Manager Christian doing the customer location pick-up to having the requested SUV filled with gas as requested, to Haley working the desk checking the car out - and - Haley being there on Saturday for the return, running the place to check the car back in with a limited weekend staff; This team worked with, fitting me in, for a customer location return with lot associate Nathan when he arrived. The transparency on the window for a ride on both sides was phenomenal. Great Job on staff selection. Fantastic experience. Thank you Christian, Haley, Nathan and one other associate who recommended a breakfast place, Thank You Enterprise, we'll be back. - Anthony”

“I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received from Joey. I visited the Camarillo rental agency looking for a Jeep, and although none were immediately available, Joey assured me he would contact me as soon as one became available. True to his word, he called me within a couple of days with an excellent option. I am thoroughly impressed with the vehicle and the exceptional customer service I experienced during my first visit. Because of this positive experience, I will certainly be a regular customer and will gladly refer my family and friends to your dealership. Keep up the excellent work!”

“Kelsey was amazing. I watched her give the best customer service to a person who wanted to be difficult in every way. Watching her today was a master class in kindness in the face of difficulty. Great job!”

“Dorela was extremely helpful! Communication was prompt, clear and she set the right expectations regarding standby/waitlist for vehicles since everyone was sold out. Prior to this visit, I had my reservation cancelled 4 times upon arrival because no one had vehicles. They also didn’t communicate the cancellation until I arrived. Dorela was able to help me land a vehicle because there was an early return. She called me immediately knowing I needed a vehicle. Thanks again!”
