“I did not receive an emailed survey request from Budget after I made my complicated reservation over the phone with Crystal yesterday, Nov 26, 2023. So I wanted to make sure she was recognized for her helpfulness with making my reservation. “I picked up a rental car from Dollar at LAX on 12/25. While driving north on 101, the next day, I was almost hit by another vehicle drifting into my traffic lane. I hit the horn and found out it wasn't working! The closet Dollar was located at the Santa Barbara airport. I was met by Connie, at the Dollar counter. What a wonderful young lady. She would be an asset to Dollar if they had her train other reps in regards to customer service. She was empathetic, apologetic, and went over and above to help me fill out a required form which was impossible for me to read on one of her many phones. She worked fast to get me in a new car and on my way again. Her kind and friendly service was greatly appreciated!”
