“I came to this location to exchange an EV car I got from another location when it wasn’t driving correctly. I wasn’t sure how much of a hassle it would be to swap cars and was a little stressed going in. There was a line of about 12 people ahead of me, and only one guy working at the time. It moved fast, but the one thing I noticed was the guy assigning vehicles was working efficiently. He was also treating each customer with care and patience. There was a woman ahead of me with a three-year-old in a stroller and two teenagers and I heard him upgrade them to a nicer vehicle, and was kind in talking to the toddler.After waiting a bit another woman came out to help the line move faster. Both attendants showed exemplary customer service (so much so it prompted me to write this review)and were very attentive to each of the customers. I was able to easily swap cars and was placed in one I felt far more comfortable in. I really hope the attendants working this evening (around 5pm 3/8/24) can be recognized for how good of a service they provided. I couldn’t do their job so I was very appreciative that they were able to help me out.”
