“My son left his camera and touch light on the bus when he came back from his school field trip. I tried my luck asking his teacher for info to get hold of the bus driver. Bingo! The drive said they got the items! Dena was the sales who helped to get our items in the mail and back to us promptly, and for free! I can't say enough how much I appreciate their service - we got back all the memory captured in the camera. I feel safe to have my kids using their service in the future! This is the second time that I've rented with them and they are quick, fast, efficient, and the car that was in an accident that was being fixed was an electric car of mine so they upgraded me to a SUV hybrid at no extra charge, which helped out tremendously since I drive from Ventura to LA four days a week for work. “The customer service was very professional. I was able to get the help I needed without much effort. I had a reservation from the insurance company. They picked me up from the body shop. I was suppose to go to the Ventura location, but the driver ended up bringing me to the Oxnard location. Besides that mistake, the experience was great. I had a good experience at this Oxnard location, the associates are friendly and professional. I would recommend renting here.”

“I was very pleased with the car. I received a free upgrade and liked the Kia Soul a lot. The windshield had drops of something all over the outside which I had difficulty removing. Also the window washer fluid had one small squirt left in it then was empty so several times I had to put water on the windshield to clean it. Otherwise the car was clean inside and out. I would recommend Budget and I will use them next time I need a rental.”
