“Okay, this is the swankiest gas station/minimart I have EVER seen! Who goes into a gas station bathroom and finds that it's nicer than you'll find in most fine restaurants? WHAT IS GOING ON HERE? I would have given 5 stars, but I grabbed a sandwich to go from their attractive selection of sandwiches. When I went to eat it later that day it had a date that was 10 days previous. I opened it up and it definitely looked like a 10 day old sandwich - only things got worse! Because then I realized the date wasn't when it was MADE - it was when it EXPIRED. Ga-ROSSSS!”

“I came here specifically for a car wash. My Tesla was extremely dirty and the white paint looked brown after having to drive through mud. These guys did a wonderful job cleaning my car and I couldn't be happier. The price is extremely fair for a full service wash and they also offer more detailed services. All in all a wonderful experience and I will be back!”

“I just met Ivan, honestly the nicest and most helpful guy I've ever come across at a convenience store with gas station. Being concerned about the oil level in my car and needing to get to Santa Barbara, I purchased the oil right there and then, and he had a funnel behind the counter. To top it off he actually put it in for me and checked the level to make sure I was good to go. It might seem like a normal or small thing to do but to me it was outstanding, as most of the people I've run into at these places would barely give you the time of day. He is a great employee for this company. Next time I'm driving to SB I will certainly stop here to give this place my business for gas. Thank you, Ivan”

“Solid gas station and convenient store. Nice car wash adjacent to the gas station as well. The parking is a bit tight and awkward in the lot if you’re not getting gas. It’s also a trek to navigate out and around all the cars. Other than the mild inconvenient parking situation, great station!”

“This is also the Ponderosa Car Wash at the Chevron. It popped up on a google search while I was looking for a full service car wash. My beloved German shepherd isn't doing too well and after a lengthy and intrusive vet visit, he shat all over the back of my car. While I scrubbed and cleaned up what I could , my SUV was still in need of a good scrubbing and I could not for the life of me find a detailing place that could take me same day. This place offers a mini detail for $159 which includes shampooing of seats and carpet. 3 hours later my car was sparkling and fresh! It wasn't perfect (like they didn't clean inside my cup holders?) but the rest of the car got a major scrub down and I was happy.”

“I came in for a coffee and snack. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice. I expressed that I was waiting for my car tire replacement and asked if I could wait there, and he was welcoming. I thought the pricing for my coffee $2.29 was reasonable and similar pricing for a large single serving chips bag. Nice music was playing and I was able to study on the bar counter while I enjoyed it. I would recommend stopping by here if you have to wait for America's tire.”

“I'm only reviewing the gas prices and the ease with which you can get in and out. For a major chain they're usually right at or a little less than others (but obviously not as low as discount chains). Also we have pretty good luck getting in and out quickly. We live in town, but if you're out of town it's a few seconds off the freeway. In the nearby shopping center are a Target, Walmart, PetSmart & Home Depot to name a few. Also a Del Taco & Panda Express, plus Lure, a sit down restaurant.”

“Whenever I am in town visiting my Mom, I always go here, the only challenge is that it is freezing, I spoke to Kelly, the amazing manager about it, and she was wonderful! I will continue to shop here and will always have a warm coat on hand.”
