“I want to tell you a little story. First time in Cambria and San Simeon. I needed gas. I was going to stop at the BIG station right off of Cabrillo highway, but very crowded. Drive a little further and saw this little place, not to busy, reasonable gas prices. Pulled in and decided I wanted to pay inside, hey! I'm pretty old, on vacation, and needed a Pepsi in the worst way. Well got the Pepsi saw the Cheetos and absolutely flipped when I saw the dark chocolate candy bar! Ok my story, I usually pay at pump so I just shove the card in and it does its thing, inside it's different, so I slide? Tap? Or wave over the machine and pray? I'm old I felt stupid, however the wonderful gentleman behind the counter was very patient, helpful and did not make me feel like I was defective. Even asked me if I wanted a bag. I will take the General store over any other place in Cambria. Thank you sir! You made my day!”

“Long overdue review lol. We stopped here to grab some drinks for our camp spot. We ended up exploring around a bit because they had so many interesting ethnic products. The owner was super friendly and joked with us a bit. I totally recommend coming here! Good vibes”
