“A.J helped me out..I went because I needed a new car battery as the one I had died on me. Luckily I was able to get a co-worker to help me jump start my car so I can get a new one before I head home since I commute from South Sacramento/Elk Grove..he greeted me when I came in. I told A.J what I needed and even asked if someone was able to help me change it out. When I gave him my number he noticed I wasn’t signed up for their rewards membership..so he helped me with that as well. Once done he told his fellow colleagues that he was going to change out a battery for a customer..so great communication skills there..A.J. Helped change out my old car battery and installed the new one in. He had me start up my car before leaving to make sure it worked..which it did. He was awesome!”
