“I was referred to JetAir because my air conditioner was not putting out cool air. John looked at it and sent me to Honda because the seal was bad and it was still under warranty. He is truly an honest man. He didn't try to take my money and do the job himself. Instead he saved me money and told me it was a Honda defect. I would definitely recommend him to my friends. “We bought our 2021 Subaru Forester Limited from Shingle Springs Subaru in February 2024 even though there are other Subaru dealers closer to where we live in Roseville. We are completely satisfied with the experience and with the way Tim and Jeff handled the whole transaction. All our questions were answered and we will definitely be visiting them again when we need another car. Omar handled the finance end of the transaction and we are also extremely satisfied with the way he walked us through finalizing the purchase. We can't say enough good things about Shingle Springs Subaru. If they are a little further away from you I can tell you they are definitely worth the trip! Update about Service Department 3/26/24: We bought some window deflectors online from Shingle Springs Subaru and I included a note that we were going to schedule a service appointment to have them installed. I scheduled a service appointment online for 9:00 AM today to have them install the window deflectors and included a note their parts department had them on order. They were done and we were on our way by 10:15 AM. Mike, the service advisor was super friendly and helpful and made the visit overall a successful visit. We are very happy with their sales and service and will be bringing our car there for service from now on!”

“I had the repair the truck after backing in to a car they were not aproved insurance but i feel the insurance company is crazy not to have them on list the work was great the time to do was more then far and the worked with the insurance that did not want them to to the work the hole thing was great in would definitely recommend them even if you insurance fights you on it. I now question the shop i was very happy there was one thing they could not have possibly did and when ? About it the gave a story but i know 100% the could not have do it all they had to do was say thay made a mistake i thought i had found the only shop i would go to not sure now”
