“I give only 5 stars because those employees who work at this branch are courteous and attentive. When it is my turn I am given their full attention to handle my transaction. It appears everything including banking will ultimately end up online. Branches, if kept open, will always be understaffed.”

5years ago I experienced several problems following my husband's
death and it was Umpqua's staff that pulled me through all the in-difference I experienced with banks here in California and elsewhere. The staff has changed but the new staff is still pleasant here and in Placerville.”
