“Very nice branch. Recently remodeled. Two entrances but challenging to get in. Open on Saturday but they close at 12 noon. You just have to deal with it and plan. I've arrived late many times. Sometimes I get in at the last second other times I'm turned away. Just how it is. Don't get mad at the staff. Change the labor laws and get rid of overtime”

“The Placerville branch has an AMAZING staff. They are always upbeat, friendly and efficient. Maria, the manager is a gem to deal with. Maria follows through and keeps you posted on any issues you may be having. I never have to call back because they didn't get back to me as promised. We deal with three different banks for various reasons and use Umpqua for our business and personal checking accounts. We recently opened a money market account and have had CD's with them numerous times.”

Or if they do call corporate someone answers and you move the process along right then and there. Other banks leave you waiting weeks to change the POA or Trustee on an account even when you bring in all the required paperwork. They are a breath of fresh air! I especially love the El Dorado Hills branch! The entire team is amazing!”

Then after closing she was great with helping wire funds and even helping out when I made a mistake and overdrew the account! Not to mention that was the night after she personally was the victim of a bank robbery!!!”
