I had mistakenly purchased the wrong set for my iphone and associate, Katrina, and manager, A.J., couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful in ensuring that I got a set that was compatible with my iphone. During the entire process of issuing a return and replacement, Katrina and A.J. were unfailingly patient and kind to this technology-challenged (but very grateful) senior! Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this store and its wonderful staff without reservation.”

“Every time I visit location its well organized and clean. The downside is they're always short staffed. When there's a line of people there's no urgency to keep the line moving. Honestly, everything is basically the price so what's the hang up?!? Employees always seem upbeat but then again I'm the one who always initiates the conversation! Parking is plentiful! Located in the same strip mall next to Safeway”
