“There are so many different things in the store that you just want to take them all home with you. The only problem with that is you run out of room in your house quickly for storage. ? Love that the items in the store are actually very good quality so much better than the dollar store items. If you go looking for electronic devices do not pass up the store because with the price of everything nowadays every little dollar you can save is helpful.”

“Grocery Outlet in general is kind of hit-or-miss on their products, but this one has nice employees and is pretty organized and tidy. Selection varies a lot, so it's always a wild card what you may find. I've gotten lump crab meat (which was an awesome steal for $12.99 compared to around $30 at Whole Foods), grass fed ground beef, Amy's frozen dinners, Annie's snacks for the kids, Blue Buffalo dog food, and other premium random finds. Definitely don't shop here if you have specific items in mind (for example, they didn't have ricotta cheese or lasagna sheets today), but that being said, it's still worth checking out. I do usually pass on the produce, because it's not as fresh and crisp looking as it could be. Keep an open mind and give it a try!”

“I needed a full size mattress and box spring and looked at several places in town. Found one (Serta) online at Big Lots. I was a bit sceptical but it turned out great. They even have same day delivery. I ordered by 2pm and the mattress and box springs were delivered between 6pm-7pm same day. Delivery fee was very reasonable. Both items came from 2 different stores- Folsom & N. Highlands so it was 2 deliveries. Big Lots is using a service called "bungii". Very nice and professional delivery service professionals. It was raining and they made sure that the items stayed dry and wiped them down before bringing into the house. The only thing is that they only deliver to the entrance inside house and do not place in the room or take upstairs. But, still extremely good service.”

“The sales person was very helpful and pointed us at the right aisles and also showed us which ones had better promotions running. Have a good selection of workout clothes, Tees, socks and underwear for both men and women. The clearance section has steeper discounts but you might not always find what you want there but the other aisles had some kind of discounts running as well. Giving it five ⭐ just for the customer service that we were provided with. The other person seemed to be very friendly as well and was helping one another customer in the store.”

“Interesting that there is not more in thus shopping center, seems well located for the area centered with houses and apartments all around. Fortunately the Dollar Tree has survived here and is a good place for grabbing quick need items. They have a fairly wide variety of items, decent prices and a friendly staff. High point is its convenience on certain items for those if us in the area.”

“I shopped at the store today . The cashier's manners left a lot to be desired . I shopped for hotwheels and found two complete boxes in the toy area . I put the cars on the pegs and set aside the ones I liked . When I was done stocking the pegs I put my selection in an unused box . When she saw me she asked where I got those ? She was probably meaning the cars but then she said "oh - i meant the box because they shouldn't be left in customer area". She addressed me in a rude tone . I asked her a few more questions and I kept getting kurt responses . I have no idea as to why whe was so rude and I won't offer my theories . I am not naming the employee . She is probably having a bad day but it is not fair to take it out on the customers . I have frequented the establishment for many years and this is the first time I got this kind of treatment . Management needs to impress upon cashiers to keep their emotions and or biases in check when dealing with customers.”
