“This was the best U-Haul rental experience I have ever had by far. Even though I was unable to rent the trailer I wanted (my SUV had issues with the electrical at the tow hitch), Lynn quickly helped me transition to renting a utility van because I needed to pick something up that day.
Lynn explained everything very thoroughly and was so kind throughout the entire process.
