I recently rented a U-Haul, and I have to say this was one of the best rental experiences I’ve had. From the start, the pickup process was smooth and stress-free. Lynn, who assisted with our booking, checkout, and return, went above and beyond to make sure everything was clear and easy.
Even though this wasn’t my first time renting a U-Haul, Lynn took the time to explain the process thoroughly and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. She made sure we understood the vehicle features and return process, which made the whole experience so much easier.
