“This was the best U-Haul rental experience I have ever had by far. Even though I was unable to rent the trailer I wanted (my SUV had issues with the electrical at the tow hitch), Lynn quickly helped me transition to renting a utility van because I needed to pick something up that day.

“I have used this location several times in the past for truck and van rental and have always used the online feature to reserve a unit. This last time I reserved online and the stated per mile charge was listed as $1.09/mile. I picked up the unit and failed to review the contract before leaving. When I returned the unit I was charged at $1.29.mile. It was only then that I reviewed the completed contract and noticed the rate charge as $1.29/mile. My bad for not questioning at time of initial rental but the online website definitely needs to be updated to reflect the new mileage rate.”

“I had a fantastic experience today thanks to James. I showed up at my storage unit after realizing I couldn’t find the keys to my lock. I was expecting a stressful and expensive situation, but James immediately stepped in to help.
He explained that he could drill out the lock and get me set up with a replacement. After taking care of everything quickly and professionally, he went above and beyond and actually comped the replacement lock, saving me money and turning what could have been a frustrating day into a great customer service experience.
James was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely cared about helping me out. It’s rare to find someone who takes that level of pride in their work and treats customers so well. If management sees this, James deserves recognition for the outstanding service he provides. Employees like him are the reason customers stay loyal.
