Unlike other institutions, he didn't waste a second of our time. He was extremely transparent about the current policies for 1099/self-employed individuals in San Diego County. He even made a quick call to his colleagues to double-check the best options for our specific situation. Within 15 minutes, he gave us a clear, honest answer and solid recommendations on how to proceed, saving us from opening unnecessary accounts.
This is exactly how banking should be: respectful, honest, and efficient. Even though we didn't close the deal, I am deeply impressed by his integrity. Highly recommend this branch for their straightforward approach!”

Later update: I made an appt to do a wire transfer, and before my appt they called me to make sure it was coming from the account where my funds have settled. In one account I recently deposited funds that hadn’t settled yet, and if I was to try and do a wire it would have been a waste of time. It meant a lot that they called to confirm. It’s a small thing but it really makes a difference and goes a long way!
Especially after recently having very bad experiences at BofA, Wells Fargo has been a standout!!!!”

Then, I waited in the waiting area for just a few minutes before Mr. Anthony White greeted and assisted me with my other need. He was very thorough with the whole process which I haven’t done in a few years while maintaining professionalism and security. BTW, he assisted me with doing an Int’l wire-transfer. Great job!”

“Kerry was super friendly, knowledge, and empathetic to my call and went above and beyond to correct an error in the system that incorrectly blocked and mailed me a new debt card. She went though multiple departments and worked with coworkers to get my card turned back on and saved the day so I could pay my bills on time. She also saved my credit from ruin because that mistake would have been my first missed bill ever and with plans to buy a car next week, my credit is extreme important right now. Kerry was a Rockstar, huge thank you to her. Definitely someone setting the bar for service, deserves major recognition and who needs to be moved up to a higher role to pass on her amazing professionalism and attitude.”

“Just came to get todays hours but saw their lower rating due to few reviews so I wanted to leave one. We have used Frontwave, formerly Pacific Marine Credit Union, for almost two decades. Our two children now use it. We have had nothing but positive experiences.
