CAL-STEAM is a store with a great group of employees who are very friendly, helpful, and always go the extra step for their customers from the phone to the store. They sell quality parts, like a Watts regulator, and get customers what they need. One customer found them conveniently close to home, preferring them over a "box" hardware store for a non-substandard part. While an employee was noted as not that knowledgeable on plumbing repairs, he did know his parts. The parts, service, and price receive a 4-star rating from customers who really like the store.
