“I've gone to lots of shower companies and found San Jose Showers to be very reasonable. It's a small family business and theowner Jeff and his son treated me very well. I asked lots of questions and they answered all of them. Prices were more than fair and the quality of my glass shower was wonderful. Shout out to the guy that came to install the glass shower. He was on time and told me step by step how he was going to install the unit. All and all it was an easy transaction.”
“My visit to purchase an evaporative cooler for my room was very pleasant. I stopped twice to get aile directions from employees, and they both paused what they were doing to help me out. In addition, the items that I found online were indeed in stock.
To top it all off, when I went to the register to pay, I was about to approach the returns counter to check out but turned to head the other way. One of the cashiers asked me if I she could help ring me up at one of the returns' counters. ?”
“Today I discovered that the best time to make returns is early in the morning, but the parking lot is very crowded with trucks. The staff is always friendly, except for the cashier who overcharged me today. She was not very humorous and looked unhappy. Apart from that, I have never had any issues here. I often visit and browse, but rarely buy anything. I once got a Christmas tree from the floor for only $20 and it was nice. This is a typical HD store, busy in the morning with people getting their supplies for the day.”
