“We came in to get a feel for paint, as we’re doing a renovation and needed to make some decisions. His was our first stop. Nicholas is a color specialist there who was SO great. We decided to purchase all of our paint from Benjamin Moore because of him. We went back three times in one day, with more questions each time, and he was amazing each time. He has great, thoughtful questions (how much shade does your house get? What color are the houses around yours? What direction does your house face?) and made suggestions based off them. Plus he answered every question we had with a ton of insight.We are going back to consult with him on all of our interior paints, too. He gave us a list of things to come back with so he could help us pick the right colors for each. We really appreciate his thoughtfulness!!”

“I've gone to lots of shower companies and found San Jose Showers to be very reasonable. It's a small family business and theowner Jeff and his son treated me very well. I asked lots of questions and they answered all of them. Prices were more than fair and the quality of my glass shower was wonderful. Shout out to the guy that came to install the glass shower. He was on time and told me step by step how he was going to install the unit. All and all it was an easy transaction.”

“I met with Jeff at their showroom and I figured out what we wanted, including coating for the shower doors. His pricing was reasonable after checking a few quotes. I came back with my wife and he was closed but when I called Jeff he returned to the office and met my wife and we placed out order. Very customer oriented. The installers Tarnell and his son Tarnell Jr. were simply outstanding. The installation of our new frameless shower doors took 2 hours. At various times Tarnell showed my wife issues with the installation such as the holes in the existing marble and uneven walls on both sides to make us cognizant of any potential issues. All and all they did a beautiful job. Very clean, courteous and wore masks. Outstanding customer service.”

I had been on hold for over an hour trying to call different locations trying to get a hold of a appliance specialist to answer a question I had about the refrigerator water line hook up and either no one would answer, they kept transferring me, or they hung up on me until Connor. He actually answers the phone when someone calls, is knowledgeable, and answered my question. I appreciate him and you, Home Depot, should think about giving him a raise, since he is the only person in the 4 different stores that I called who is actually doing his job in regards to customer service.
